Bienvenue à notre spacieuse 5 chambres à coucher 2. 5 salles de bains 2 étages maison victorienne qui est nouvellement rénové avec de nouvelles salles de bains et cuisine. Chaque chambre est équipée d'un lit queen qui dort confortablement deux. Le canapé dans le salon est aussi un lit de jour qui dort un.

La zone commune comprend un grand salon pour traîner (TV mis en place avec Roku et lecteur dvd), table à manger pour les grands groupes (sièges 8-10), cuisine gastronomique, coin repas (sièges 4), et buanderie complète pour votre commodité . Vous aurez également accès à notre arrière-cour, récemment rénové, qui ont des lumières de sièges et cordes patio!

La maison est spacieuse et assez spacieux pour les familles multiples. Il y a deux niveaux à la maison:

- Chambre 1: chambre privée avec lit queen size et promenade dans le placard
- Chambre 2: chambre privée avec lit queen size et dressing

Jordan Park est un quartier chic qui est pris en sandwich entre deux belles Parks- parc Golden Gate et Presidio. Si vous voulez aller faire un jogging du matin ou après-midi, randonnée, il ya beaucoup de verdure pour vous d'explorer.

Le quartier offre de nombreux restaurants, des boutiques, un café que dans les 10 minutes à pied.

très bel appartements pour 10 personnes très bien situé et très bien aménagé

L'appartement est très bien situé. L'accueil par les propriétaires est très sympathique. Pour nous aider dans la visite de San Francisco, ils mettent à disposition un recueil d'adresses et des conseils de visite. Des bus passent à proximité pour allers vers le cente ville. Le golden park est à 10 mn à pied. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. Un très bon pied à terre pour visiter San Francisco

Spacious Place in a Great Location

The place was very clean and spacious. While the furnishings are pretty bare bones, the beds and various chairs were comfortable. The kitchen is very nice and has tons of space. Access to the backyard makes for a pleasant place to hang out. The location in SF is excellent. Sandwiched between Golden Gate Park and the Presidio. Close to the California St bus line. Very close to great food, bars, and shopping on Clement St. I could go on.Some downsides: There’s no TV in the whole place, which could be inconvenient for some. Some of the toilets are in need of general maintenance. Broken seat connections, difficulty flushing, no brushes or plungers.New pillows for the beds would go a long way to making the beds even more comfortable! The current ones are pretty used and lumpy.

Nice spacious place, clean, with comfortable beds for a big group!

Very clean, good neighborhood, close to everything, and we enjoyed the space. The host was prompt in responding when checking in and very hospitable. He also quickly responded when one of the circuits blew and the fridge went down. The wifi did not work well for us and there is is no larger screen. As an extended family of 9 people, we would have enjoyed having a TV to watch a movie at night. There are no pictures or decoration, making the property feel a bit spare. Nonetheless, all the important things are there and the hosts do an outstanding job.

Amazing place for the whole family!

Great location. We loved our stay. We were so happy to all be together. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were able to walk to Golden Gate Park, Trader Joes, Hop on hop off bus - and the aunties took a short Uber. We highly recommend it!

Comfortable

Our extended family of 8 stayed at this VRBO. Everything we needed was there. Even did some cooking. Location was great for our wedding at the Presidio. Michael was very helpful with any questions we had. The blinds in one of the bedrooms would not work or pull down. Not a fancy place but certainly filled our needs for 4 days.

Family Stay

My family and kids stayed here for a few days. The location is great, safe, easy parking. Also, the location had a new pack and play for my baby which was great. The decor is dated but that's ok as the main point of the trip is to see san fran and family in town. Two large dining tables and seating for all. K-cups for coffee were great too since we woke up early with the baby. I would like to offer some points of constructive feedback. There are a few minor things that the owners can do to make this a great place. - Check in process was easy but we lacked directions otherwise. Things like the trash, towels, extra toilet paper, etc., We have been to other places that were very well organized. - Place needs a couple hours of a handy man. No major issues but everything is a little off. A few examples, door knobs not tight / wiggle, dining table wobbles, pretty much every bed as well, all the blinds were not functional or didn't open/close, layer of dust on the bathroom fans. I hand tightened things so it was safe but had I had a screwdriver, I could have resolved a lot of things. - DUSTY- there was a layer of dust over everything including the closets. Again, not a big deal as we lived out of our bags. That and the couple spiders I killed. No big deal with the spiders but the size of the cobwebs made me question if the place was cleaned prior to our arrival. - Chairs/sofa need to be replaced as springs were hard to sit on. Overall, it was good value.

Great location and plenty of space

The neighborhood was perfect for our family stay. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc within walking distance. The property had plenty of space for everyone. No tv at all so definitely bring tablets if you want to be able to watch something. Was surprised that beds did not have top sheets (only fitted sheet and comforter), no mats to keep floors from getting wet next to shower/bath, had to go searching cupboards to find towels to use and toilet paper. Great location but interior could use a bit of an upgrade for the price.

Perfect Stay and Location

Our family stayed here when we came out to San Francisco for New Year's and it worked out perfectly. The apartment was spacious so everyone could have their own bedroom and the common area was perfect for getting together at the end of the day. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating and the location was fantastic. Parking was easy, we were near to everywhere we needed to be, and staying here contributed to the wonderful trip we had. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

Ladies SF Trip

We were 9 friends looking to spend a fun weekend in the city. The house was so comfortable and perfectly accommodated all 9 of us! Plenty of room for all of to sit around the table to eat talk and play games. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. They made great recommendations for restaurants and activities and the house was in a great location. We were able to walk to the presidio to watch the Blue Angels and walk to nearby restaurants and stores, or short Uber to many other options. We would definitely recommend to stay and would stay here again.

Super hosts!

Amy and Michael are everything you want in a host in a large city. We were coming in from all over the US for a family gathering. We were in terrific communication with them from the very beginning when they gave us suggestions for Dim Sum and very kindly checked in with us throughout our trip whenever asked. The rooms are large in size and there was plenty of space to stretch out. Neighborhood was great with walkability to Golden Gate Park, Trader Joe’s and a great nearby diner!

Spacious and quiet condo

The condo is in a quiet neighbourhood, with good bus connection to the center of town. There are also some restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. It contains 5 large bedrooms on two levels, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room. Was a pleasant experience.

Nice rental in a good neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The owners provided lots of good info about the neighborhood and made it easy for us to feel at home. The only drawbacks were the fact that the washer/dryer were broken during our stay and the kitchen was pretty sparsely stocked for a rental that accommodates 10 people. Probably not a big deal to everyone, but a rather large inconvenience for families traveling with kids and trying to limit their packing to carry-ons. These conveniences of home are what we typically love about VRBO rentals.

Lovely house in SF

Michael and Amy's house is a real oasis. The house is spacious, charming and clean and the 9 members in our party were all comfortable throughout our stay. Great choice. Parking is a bit of an ordeal, but there are some options.
