One warning for excessive noise. After that: $250 fine and possible cancellation without refund. Respect the peace

UNDISCLOSED GUESTS
Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed. Extra person = $50/night.

NO UNDISCLOSED PETS
Please don’t sneak in furry friends. Undisclosed pets = $500 fine.

DO NOT TAMPER WITH SECURITY DEVICES
This includes exterior cameras, smoke detectors, CO monitors, and noise sensors. If tampering is detected:
– $500 fine
– Immediate removal without refund
– Liability for damages
