To get to this home, you'll drive through the peaceful fishing village of San Felipe Mexico and into the highly-desirable community of Villa Las Palmas. You'll immediately notice the bold concrete facade, the large windows, balconies and traditional Mexican architecture. When you walk through the front door, a bedroom is directly to your right. This bedroom overlooks the front of the property and has a Queen bed. There is a jack-and-jill bathroom with a walk-in shower that connects this bedroom to the second bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, warm color tones, traditionally tiled floors, decorative light fixtures, and handcrafted furniture. The full-size washer is hidden in a utility closet on this floor, making it easy to stay on top of laundry while on vacation.

A bonus space on this level has been finished with two bunk beds, adding four additional twin beds to this home now equipped with electricity, nicely illuminated and new curtains have been added for extra privacy. Perfect for kids or adults, this extra space tucked away from the activity of the kitchen and living room is perfect for sneaking in a cat nap or checking emails and working before heading to the beach.
 
Take the short staircase from the ground level up to the main level. This is where you'll find one of the living areas, the gourmet kitchen, and access out to the waterfront balcony. The open layout of the kitchen makes it easy for multiple chefs to maximize the space. The kitchen features original cabinets, Sleek countertops, modern appliances, cabinets, and drawers stocked with utensils and tableware. The large sink and dishwasher make cleaning up after a big family meal easy. Early risers can brew coffee in the coffee maker and take it out on the patio, and night owls can use the gas stove and microwave to put together a bed night snack and enjoy it in front of the flat-screen TV. The view from the kitchen sink is beautiful in the evenings and provides a front-row seat to the mountains at sunset.

In between the kitchen and the living room is a formal dining area. This handcrafted dining room table provides seating for four and can be a great place to serve a family-style dinner or be used as a laptop-friendly workspace. A breakfast bar with high-top seating offers additional seating in the kitchen.

The sun-filled living room features high-end sofas, oversized armchairs, Locally inspired artwork and cozy home accents, all in front of a 42-inch flat-screen TV. Pop some popcorn in the microwave and host a family movie night in the spacious, comfortable living area. With just a simple push of the sliding glass doors, you can extend the living room and blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Right off the kitchen is a half bath and the third bedroom. This modern bedroom has a Queen bed, a beautiful vintage-inspired vanity, a private closet, and plenty of outlets to keep your devices charged. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
 
The balcony on the main level is equal parts sun and shade. Throw your family's favorite meats and veggies onto the grill and enjoy a barbecue dinner in the shade. Padded outdoor benches are tucked in a shady nook so guests can enjoy the view while staying out of the sun. 

Head upstairs one more time to find the expansive rooftop deck. High above the other houses in the area, this lounge allows you to look over the surrounding homes and out over the sea and the mountains.
