This multi-story vacation rental offers breathtaking views from almost every room in the home. As you pull into the private driveway, you’ll notice a carefully landscaped yard and bold architectural elements that make a statement against the bright blue San Felipe sky. Open the heavy front door, and you’re on the second floor and the main living area, complete with comfortable couches and chairs overlooking the outdoor entertainment terrace and the Sea of Cortez. Red tiled floors and high ceilings give this level a bright and open feel. Here we offer a large bar/kitchenette with seating for six, for maximum entertaining. The outdoor terrace directly off the living room contains comfortable lounge furniture where spectacular sunrises and cool sea breezes can be enjoyed. The living room also has a wall-mounted flat screen TV. This floor offers two Queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms with walk in showers and a full size day bed.

Down the spiral stair case, on the first floor, the front living area blends into the gourmet kitchen. This open-concept kitchen features expansive counter space, an elevated snack bar, modern appliances, and custom cabinets. You can reheat leftovers from The Taco Factory or make a trip to the grocery store and make family favorites at home. Either way, the kitchen gives you plenty of space to cook meals for your family. There is a breakfast nook complete with a round dining table and seating for four. The breakfast bar offers additional seating, 

A small hallway leads from this lounge and kitchen area to the bathroom on this floor. This recently upgraded bathroom has a modern tile walk in shower with a half wall for privacy and rain shower features. As you venture further down this hallway, you will find a very spacious bedroom. This room has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the driveway and the Sea of Cortez. In this bedroom, you will find one Queen size bed with high-end linens and plush pillows. This floor also offers a full size day bed.

If you love to entertain, you’re going to love the second floor outdoor space of this fantastic home.  Enter this ground area through two large iron doors and soak in the natural beauty. There you will find a waterfront luxury pool and spa. Enjoy the shade of the palm frond palapa or the sun of the ocean view deck.  There is a bar inside the pool, so you can relax in the water, enjoy your favorite fruity cocktails, and enjoy the views of the sea. This stunning pool area provides plenty of seating and lounge areas both inside the pool and out. The bubbling hot tub is an ideal place to relax your tired muscles after a day exploring the beauty of the ocean and the excitement of the desert.  A small staircase leads from the pool deck to a patio overlooking the sea. This is a great place to have a fiesta under the stars! 

If large amounts of secure parking behind locked gates in important to you, on the ground level you will find the massive driveway and private garage.

There is only a four minute drive to the El Malecon where you will find San Felipe’s charming boutiques, and fantastic local restaurants. You are also minutes from a world class golf course and the excitement of baja racing that San Felipe is famous for.
