La Corte fra i due Mari is a lovely vacation home located in the historic center of San Donato di Lecce, in the heart of Salento and a few kilometers from the Ionian and Adriatic coasts.
The vacation home is located inside a typical Salento courtyard, on the second floor.
It is complete with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, barbecue etc.
The vacation home offers up to 5 beds. Pets are allowed.

La
Corte fra i due Mari is a typical Salento courtyard house, located in
the ancient center of the town. The entrance is in a lovely courtyard
embellished with plants. From here start the stairs to the second floor,
where the apartment is developed.
The house consists of rooms in
which the oldest and most characteristic elements are well harmonized
with the most modern elements. The entrance is into a large living room,
furnished with dining room and fireplace, from which one passes to the
well-equipped Scavolini eat-in kitchen with induction cooktop.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds, one located on the loft, both equipped with TV Complete the house 1 bathroom shower. In addition there is a nice covered veranda, furnished with relaxation area and barbecue area.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning.
The
practical semi-covered veranda is enriched with plants and furnished
with a 4-seater sofa. In an uncovered corner it is possible to use a
professional gas-powered barbecue. It`s possible to have lunch and
dinner on the veranda.

Donato di Lecce is a small town located in the heart of Salento, 5
minutes from the capital, and a few kilometers from the most beautiful
beaches of Salento.
The town offers all the main services, which are also within walking distance.
San
Donato is a town that is always in celebration. The patron saint is
celebrated in August with 3 official dates: the 6th, 14th and 28th with
illuminations, music and events every night.
San Donato is 8 km
from Lecce and lies exactly between the two seas (Ionian and Adriatic).
It is 25 km from the Portoselvaggio Nature Park on the Ionian Sea and 25
km from San Foca on the Adriatic Sea.
San Donato is strategically located for exploring all of Salento.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
