Ceci est une unité au rez de chaussée de l'air conditionné avec tous les grands appareils de qualité, lits, etc. Les appareils sont en acier inoxydable et les comptoirs sont en granit. Il dispose d'un 46 'Sony TV à écran plat dans le salon et un Sony écran plat 40' TV dans la chambre des maßtres. L'unité dispose d'une connectivité Internet sans fil, à large bande. La cour patio est carrelée avec des fleurs de plus en plus sur sa frontiÚre. Il dispose de deux ensembles de table et chaises pour votre plaisir de loisirs. L'unité se trouve à proximité d'un centre commercial majeur et environ. 15 minutes de Pacific Beach et de La Jolla. Le complexe dispose d'une salle d'exercice avec de nouveaux équipements de l'exercice ainsi que trois piscines, un spa / jacuzzi et un sauna. Il dispose d'un barbecue au gaz à proximité de la cour fermée. AccÚs et parking dédié est fixée / fermée.

Daniel's place was very comfortable in a great location with a Target within walking distance. It had everything we needed and if I had any questions, I just called or emailed Daniel; he was prompt and kind with his responses. If we need a place for family in town, we wouldn't hesitate to have them stay there.

Mix of day hikes such as Mission trails, Los Penasquitos, and Tecolote canyon, and trips to Balboa park, numerous beaches, old town etc. Also a short walk to many grocery stores and restaurants. Most neighbours are of a working age so it was quiet during the day, except for the many planes using the nearby small airport. As we were out and about most days this was not a concern. All good then and we would be happy to repeat.

This is our 2nd summer month long stay in Daniel's condo. The Kitchen is fully equipped, but location is convenient to so many shops & restaurants we couldn't try them all. The King bed is very comfortable & TV's & WIFI work well too. Everything was great again. We will return in the future.

We had a lovely stay in San Diego in this great 2 bedroom condo. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could ask for. It was also in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay in this location again!

We've had the pleasure of living in the Townley's condo for 2 months while here for work. Communication with Daniel has been excellent. If we needed anything at all or had questions, he was available. He was so gracious and flexible as our project was delayed and we needed to stay longer. The condo is perfectly decorated, plenty of pillows, linens, towels, cleaning supplies, hangers and extra toiletries if needed. Possibly the best stocked kitchen we've ever had, with everything you could possibly need. TV's had plenty of channels, temperature control was easy to use. We loved sitting in the private courtyard and having coffee. We took full advantage of the gym, sauna, pools and hot tub! Great extras to have! The parking space for the condo is right at the walkway, so it's perfect for bringing in groceries and walking up to the local stores. The convenience of the Target, grocery stores and restaurants cannot be overstated. Easy walk to get everything we need. I bought a folding beach wagon which made going to the store a breeze. Finally, we have met the nicest people here that we now call friends. Great next door neighbors, met nice people at the pool and the superintendent is friendly and really helpful. If we ever come back this way, Daniel will be the first person I call to make sure we can stay here again. Don't pass this condo up if you're coming to San Diego!

We choose this property because we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. It is also a 3 mile drive to Mission Bay and 5 mile drive to Pacific Beach. Close to 805 freeway made everywhere in San Diego easy to get to. The condo is in a gated complex of about 300 units with 3 pools, which were always in sparkling condition and not very busy as I think most of the residents are young professionals who were working. The condo is well represented in the listing and there is everything you need in the unit. We spent a month in the unit with our two cats and found the enclosed courtyard a really nice spot for the cool morning air and shaded all day. There is a guest bedroom and bathroom in addition to the master suite which was ideal when we had friends visit. The condo is a little compact but served us well.

My wife and I just moved from Florida to San Diego, and stayed in Daniel's place for over a month. This was the best decision we we ever made. Daniel was always on top of things, and had the place cleaned and set up when we arrived. In terms of location, you truly can't beat it. You are walking distance from stores like Vons, Target, Home Depot, Boudin, and so much more. You are also a 3 min walk to the nearest bus stop with a bus that goes directly to Pacific Beach. In terms of the community, you have access to three different pools, free gas powered BBQs, and lovely neighbors. In terms of the property itself, you have a private patio with super comfortable outdoor furniture, a huge tv in the living room with a beautiful leather couch, two amazing bedrooms, a washer and dryer, and all of the kitchen appliances/utensils you could dream of. Daniel, our stay was truly a pleasure. Thank you so much for being an amazing host while my wife and I transitioned to living in California!

Daniel's place was perfect for our multi-weeks stay in San Diego. This was lower-level condo in relatively big complex. The complex has 3 pools and fitness center. We used the one that had hot tub and sauna which was great bonus as we went there on multiple occasions at the end of the day to unwind. The kitchen is well stoked will all necessities, but cooking is optional given great deal of dining choices within walking or short driving distance. This was our first time in San Diego, so we spent weekends exploring various areas in the city. The location was perfect for this as everything seems to be within 20 min driving distance and traffic was never an issue on weekends. Daniel's place has good library of best-sellers, it has cable and high-speed internet. We did not have any problems with these services except for one outage that lasted a couple of hours (Spectrum to blame). The complex is quiet, and we always felt safe. Daniel has been great to communicate with, he provided us with detailed instructions that made it easy to get accustomed to all features of the condo. At the beginning of our stay we had an issue with parking where regular parking spot was not available due to condo doing maintenance work. Daniel went above and beyond and worked with his contact in the condo to arrange new parking space for us. We had great time in San Diego and our living arrangement was big part of it. I would definitely stay again!

We rented the condo because it is all on one floor, has an enclosed patio, allows a dog and has a step in shower. I was going to San Diego to get a knee replacement and we got everything we needed and enjoyed recuperating in the condo and lovely surroundings. The gated community with assigned parking was another plus! There are 3 pools, walking areas and a fitness room that rivals a physical therapist's equipment. The condo itself is well stocked with linens, every cooking item you could want is stocked, high-speed secure wireless is an asset and big newer televisions make it even better. We feel very fortunate to have rented this unit. We were welcomed, checked on and treated very well in every respect. I recommend the place, the neighborhood and the owners.

My husband and I stayed for a month with our little dog. The condo is very well equipped, furniture nice looking and comfortable. The complex was quiet and safe too. We enjoyed the patio on most days and used the complex grill. The neighborhood has everything you'd want within easy access. Owners easy to reach if you need them. I recommend it for a long stay.

I had a great stay, the place is exceptional with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with all possible cooking utensils, pots and pans. You will not find a place like this anywhere else in San Diego for the price. It’s within 15-20 minutes from most beaches and other attractions. Host is very friendly and easy to get in touch with. The only thing that can be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom. It sags down on the sides, not as firm and comfortable as the bed in the other room.
