You can decide if you'd like to eat indoors or outdoors, or on the patio or roof deck, the options are endless and you can't go wrong. This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Situated in San Diego's picturesque Pacific Beach, this home is the perfect place to enjoy all your favorite beach activities. Get ready for a classic boardwalk experience; over five miles of waterfront promenade will allow you uncover unique shops and restaurants while taking in Belmont Park – an amusement park with historic rides like 1925's Giant Dipper Roller Coaster as well as other attractions such rock-climbing walls and bumper cars. Plus, Pacific Beach provides easy access to Sea World (just minutes away), The San Diego Zoo & Balboa Park (15-20 mins.), SAN airport, downtown - making it the ideal spot for exploring bustling city life!

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

As your beach getaway comes to an end, we kindly ask you to follow these quick steps before checking out. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
