DESCRIPTION
Villa Italia Two offers Old World Charm in classic style. This Home is located directly on the sands of Sail Bay in Mission Beach. The bay is expansive and calm, like a huge lake, perfect for all kinds of watersports and swimming. The crashing waves of the ocean, with unforgettable sunsets, await just across the street. Located on the entire second level of the building, all rooms are conveniently on one floor.

This corner home is located on a quiet neighborhood block of North Mission Beach, and it’s only a short walk to many restaurants, a grocery store, and several beach rental equipment stores.

Follow a gentle staircase to this 2nd Floor home. Once inside, all rooms are on one level, with no stairs. From the well-equipped kitchen, you overlook the adjacent living room with a full water view beyond.

From the living room, you step out to an expansive 50-foot-wide deck, to take in the 180-degree water view stretching out before you. Each of the other rooms also provides private balconies with water views. The Primary Suite features a King bed with wall-to-wall sliding doors that open to the large view deck. Here you’ll wake up to dramatic sunrises over the bay from the comfort of your bed.

All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs and ceiling fans, and the professionally planned cross-ventilation utilizes ocean breezes for natural air conditioning. Villa Italia also includes a private BBQ grill and outdoor dining set, a cozy fireplace in the living room, and garage parking. With two separate entrances, this vacation rental can easily accommodate two groups together but with their own space.

Additional amenities include beach chairs and toys, stand-up paddleboards, Wi-Fi, ready-made beds, beach towels, one beach towel and bath towel set per guest, a starter kit of paper towels and kitchen and bath soaps. Laundry soap and an in-home washer/dryer are provided for your convenience.

Located just steps from the beach or bay, you will be able to enjoy miles of walking and biking along the water’s edge. Check out the nearby Catamaran Resort and Spa where you can enjoy happy hours, attend luaus, and indulge in fine beachfront dining. Day passes can be purchased to work out at the gym, then plan to pamper yourself at their well-known day spa and enjoy beachside yoga classes or just kick back on beachside lounges and have drinks served as you relax on the beach. During the season, there are free outdoor movies on a giant screen and theatrical evening performances on the grass next to the beach.

This home is located on the 2nd level of a 3-level tri-plex. As with many homes along the coast, this home is not air-conditioned and uses fans and cross breezes during warmer periods.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.

Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. Guest ages and plans for use of the home must be approved, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.
