The Space:

This spacious two level home spans approximately 1300 square feet and provides a comfortable layout designed for relaxation. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a welcoming living room. This floor also hosts a private bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a second bedroom featuring a king bed and a third bedroom furnished with two double beds, sharing a full bathroom. Climate control is provided by wall mounted air conditioning units in the living room and the third bedroom, while all bedrooms include ceiling fans for your comfort. The exterior features a fully fenced turf covered yard complete with a hot tub, a barbecue grill, and outdoor seating furniture. Please note that this property is part of a four unit residential complex with two units designated as short term rentals.



Guest Access:

The house is situated at the back right side of the property, offering guests a private entrance for a seamless stay. You will enjoy the convenience of self check in using a unique four digit code provided before your arrival. Guests have full access to the entire three bedroom home, including the private backyard area. For your relaxation, a hot tub is available for guest use, and we provide a dedicated storage trunk at the end of the driveway filled with beach essentials for your trips to the nearby ocean. Parking is conveniently located at the front of the property for your vehicle.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the charming Crown Point neighborhood, this home offers an ideal coastal retreat just a short walk from the pristine shores of Mission Bay. You will find yourself steps away from sandy beaches and scenic waterfront paths perfect for morning strolls or afternoon relaxation. For your daily needs and dining desires, the vibrant hubs of Garnet Avenue and Grand Avenue are just a few blocks away, providing a diverse selection of grocery stores, trendy coffee shops, local boutiques, and lively restaurants. If you are looking for more excitement, the iconic Pacific Beach is only a 4 minute drive or a pleasant 15 minute walk from your door, while the famous Mission Beach boardwalk is reachable within an 8 minute drive or a 25 minute walk. This location offers the perfect balance of a peaceful residential atmosphere and immediate access to the very best of San Diego coastal living.

Getting around San Diego is most convenient by car or through ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft which provide easy access to all major attractions. For a more leisurely pace, renting a bike is a fantastic way to enjoy the local beach communities via scenic coastal paths. If you prefer public transportation, the nearest bus stop is located approximately a half mile walk from the property. San Diego International Airport is easily reachable by car in about fifteen to twenty minutes depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

Important Information for Your Stay. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Regarding our amenities, the hot tub is professionally cleaned every Thursday between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Please rinse off sand using the outdoor spigot before entering the tub or the home. Use the provided beach gear stored in the driveway trunk and ensure all items are cleaned and returned.



Please note that construction is scheduled on the front half of the property starting February 2027, occurring Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, which may cause noise and limit on site parking.

You will enjoy a convenient self check in process, and we will send your unique door access code on the day of your arrival so you can settle in whenever you are ready.
