With coastal bohemian vibes throughout, the inviting living room features a comfortable couch that doubles as a queen sofa bed, a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV. Plus there is a quaint bistro table - perfect for a meal for two. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, along with the added convenience of a washer and dryer. In the bedroom, you'll find a cozy queen bed and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach. Guests also have access to one on-site parking space for added convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Mission Beach is a popular community located on a sandbar between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay in San Diego. It is a lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with nearly two miles of oceanfront boardwalk, numerous rental shops, and Belmont Park. The beach itself is long and wide with fun waves and is family-friendly. Mission Beach offers a wide variety of activities to do, both on land and in the water. Here are some popular activities:
*Stroll or bike along the the Mission Beach Boardwalk, which runs along the beaches on both the ocean and bay sides of the community
*Enjoy a variety of fun water activities, such as paddle boarding, kayaking, and jet skiing
*Spend a day at Belmont Park and ride the vintage rollercoaster known as the Giant Dipper
*Learn how to surf
*Play sand volleyball, basketball, or the Over-The-Line (OTL) at South Mission Beach
*Picnic at grassy Mission Beach Park
*Visit SeaWorld San Diego, the world-famous marine life adventure park
Getting Around:
Walk or bike anywhere in the immediate and surrounding neighborhood! You are truly just steps from the beach, bay, parks, boardwalk, dining, and activities.
Other Things to Note:
• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• Pets, events and smoking are not permitted.
• Parking: There is one small on-site parking space in driveway accessed via the alley behind the
property.
• Please note that there is another tenant on-site. Do not enter from the front gate or the one on the side that says KEEP OUT. Please enter the unit from the alley. As you are facing the house from the
alley, the unit front door is on the right side of the building.
• The smart TV allows for streaming services which requires guest own accounts to access.
• The front patio is not for guest use.
• This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
