🏄‍♀️ You’ll have full access to the unit and all included amenities. We supply boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys—everything needed for a full day of fun. There’s also a surf rental shop just a 3-minute walk away offering surfboards, wetsuits, paddle boards, kayaks, and more.

👚 Guests may also use the coin-operated washer and dryer shared with the other units. Guest hours are before 10 AM or after 3 PM (reserved for housekeeping between 10 AM–3 PM).

🚗 Private garage parking included—a rare luxury in Mission Beach! The garage is compact and best suited for smaller cars. Large SUVs, trucks, vans, and larger vehicles will not fit.

This unit is 400 sq ft, ideal for 1–2 adults (or 2 adults with 1–2 small kids). For families with little ones, we can provide a Pack ’n Play and high chair upon request.

🛏️ Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, one bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen with all essentials for cooking at home. The bedroom includes a window A/C unit for cool, restful sleep, and ceiling fans help keep the entire space comfortable. Stream your favorite shows on the Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and more (using your login). Fast WiFi and plenty of outlets keep you connected.

👚 For added convenience, guests have access to a coin-operated washer and dryer shared with the other units in the building. Guest hours are before 10 AM or after 3 PM, as the machines are reserved for housekeeping during turnover hours (10 AM–3 PM)

🫧 If you prefer not to do laundry yourself, there is a nearby laundromat within walking distance that offers an affordable drop-off wash-and-fold service—just drop it off in the morning and pick it up freshly cleaned and neatly folded by day’s end.
