Gorgeous beach front condo with ocean views. 🌊 This 2 beds 2 baths stylish place is perfect for beach stays. Newly remodeled and located on Ocean Front and with 2 private balconies to enjoy the ocean views and the amazing sunsets. 🌅
This condo provides you the peace and calm of the ocean, while located in the hottest area in Pacific Beach, with views to the Crystal Pier, and on Garnet Ave where all the trendy restaurants, bars, and boutique shops are located. Enjoy all the best Pacific Beach has to offer while been able to relax and enjoy the breeze and the waves sounds in this ocean front condo.
The building offer an Ocean Front terrace with stunning views, and a jacuzzi in the common area.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and a working station with a desk and office chair, Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Living room has a sofa bed. We do also have an extra double size mattress available in the condo.

This Ocean Front property provide you a lot of peace and quite while inside the condo, but also all the convenience of all kind of activities within steps from it. The famous Crystal Pier is right in front of you, and accessible from 8am to sunset.
I live in the building so I will be close if you need anything.
Pacific Beach, or “P.B.” as the locals call it, is a vibrant beach town surrounded by beautiful Mission Bay and the big blue Pacific Ocean. Feel the youth and energy along the boardwalk lined with white sand beaches, trendy restaurants, and lively bars. Enjoy a walk on the historical Crystal Pier or a picnic at Kate Sessions Park with panoramic views overlooking the town. Perfect for beautiful beach days, boogie boarding, surfing, wakeboarding, windsurfing etc. Perfect located between La Jolla and Mission Beach, the options are endless.
Guests have the whole condo for themselves and access to the common area that offers an Ocean Front Terrance and a small jacuzzi. One car garage is available for parking.
Stylish, recently remodeled, bright and open space with design work area on master bedroom. Ocean front with views and 2 private balconies with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and beach rentals with walk distance. Ralphs is right across the street as well.
Location is really close to the airport. If you are planning to be around the neighborhood you don’t need a car. You can walk to groceries, restaurants, bars, beach rentals.

The condo is in a wonderful location with shops, restaurants, and perfect ocean views. It was cozy and comfortable, with everything needed for a fun beach vacation! The host provided helpful communication and was prompt to reply to questions. Would definitely love to return again!

Nice condo with everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. There were lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. And a grocery store just a couple blocks away.The restaurant/bar across the alley recycled bottles in the early morning which could get a little loud.

The condo was in such a great location! We were able to walk to the pier, to the beach & restaurants, and it was a short drive to Sea World and to the whale watching cruise! We’ll definitely be back here on our next trip to San Diego!

Great location and a nice and convenient place. The toilet paper golder and blinds are off the wall and the screens don't work. Dishwasher also didn't work. We tried to clean the dishes but it didnt work and either did the hot water in the kitchen sink. Some amall things with some work would go a long way.

Condo in pacific beach

The condo is a few steps from pacific beach which was nice.We liked the place overall but there were some issues.When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes with dried on food which we had to hand wash.The unit did not have the beach items that are mentioned in the listing and when we contacted the owner we were told they would be delivered in a day or 2. But they were never delivered.The shower in the master bedroom sprayed out scalding hot water at random intervals each time we showered. We ended up using the shower in the other bathroom most of our stay.One day we came back to the unit and walked into the master bedroom to find several men standing on scaffolding just outside the window. I immediately closed the curtains so they could no longer see in.This prevented us from enjoying the view from that point on and we also were no longer able to use the balconies.I messaged the owners right away to ask how long the men and scaffolding were going to be there and the owner never replied.It turned out that it ended up being the last several days of our stay.Very disappointing especially how much we paid for the place

Great time!

The condo is nice and updated, we had a great stay as a family of 5. The rooms were cozy and we loved that there were two restrooms, not to mention the view of the ocean from the unit! 😍 We loved that we can just walk everywhere and not have to worry about driving. Ralph's, CVS and restaurants are all nearby in a walkable distance. The unit has parking but it's a very low clearance so an SUV with a cargo rack on top won't fit. The beach is right outside the complex, which is great, however there was a lot of unhoused people around the area. I get it, who doesn't want to be by the beach in the summer time. At night there is a new club right across the alley so it was really loud one night, but mellowed out after the HOA board complained to the owner. The 2nd bedroom can hear everything going on in the alley and club, but the master and living room only hear the sounds of the ocean waves. Overall, it was a great stay and the owner was very helpful and responsive.

Perfect for Family Vacation

Beautiful Condo. Fantastic Location! My family of five spent a week in this property and had an incredible time. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, having the pier and the heart of Pacific Beach outside our front door, made it easy for our family of teenagers to have a great time. Having garage parking available 24/7 at this location was another great bonus. Check in was a breeze, as we were provided easy, clear directions. Justin and Jessica replied promptly to questions and were lovely to work with. We needed to pull a deck chair inside for five to play cards around the table and when it broke they graciously covered the cost. The property was clean, bright, and lovely. The beds were comfortable including the sofa bed. The remodeled kitchen was wonderful and allowed us to only eat out when we wanted to. There are all kinds of restaurants and a grocery store in a short walk and large grocery stores a short drive away. On days we explored San Diego it was a delight to return to this location and on beach days it was the perfect spot. All this place needs to be perfect is a couple more sturdy chairs :) Thanks for the great time!

Can’t beat the view!

If you want to be right on the water this is your place. See the ocean, hear the waves. Great location. Close to everything happening in PB. I definitely will go back and rent again!

Excellent Rental

This rental is in an excellent location within walking distance to the grocery store, great restaurants, and right on the boardwalk with beach access. It has one parking spot which saved us from finding street parking. The rental was very quiet, clean, updated and true to the pictures considering it's age. Jessica was our contact and very helpful with quick responses. We would definitely rent again!
