DESCRIPTION Welcome to Island Court One, a purpose-built vacation rental right in the heart of it all in Mission Beach!
Recently built, this home is nicely upgraded with stone countertops, new bathrooms and stainless-steel appliances. The ground level includes a living area with sofa seating, kitchen and breakfast bar and opens up to a spacious ground-level patio; Perfect for outdoor dining and complete with a gas BBQ and serving bar.
There are 4 sleeping rooms, one on the ground level and 3 on the second level. This home comes with a full-size laundry room and each bedroom has a TV and its own mini-split A/C unit. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one beach towel and bath towel set per guest, a starter kit of paper towels, and kitchen and bath soaps. Laundry soap and in-home laundry are provided for your convenience.
Located just steps from the beach or bay, this vacation rental is in the perfect location to experience all that Mission Beach has to offer. Belmont Park, with its roller coaster, arcade, and mini-golf, is just a few-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops, casual restaurants, and pubs to explore in the area.

Excellent Location
We really enjoyed our stay and found the location was perfect. Everything is very close by in walking distance and even though it was backed up to a restaurant, it was very quiet and peaceful. The place was also very clean and the communication with the host was excellent. We had about 5 adults and 3 kids with us and it was plenty comfortable. I would definately stay here again.

Rented this house with 4 other friends for a long weekend to visit a friend in SD for March Madness. The location is terrific- minutes to the beach and a ton of restaurants and bars and activities. Easy to access. Very happy with our stay.

This property was as advertised- clean and neatly appointed. It is within walking distance of the beach, the bay, amusement park- short drives to Zoo, Old Town and anywhere else we chose to go. We were very happy with this rental and would stay here again

Communication was great. The location is amazing! Perfect for our family. Shops nearby, coffee, restaurants. We stayed here with 2 sets of grandparents, everyone had their own space/bathrooms. Bunk bed room great for kids or family. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay.

We had a fantastic family reunion stay in San Diego this week at the Bluewater Island Sands Condo, it had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and accommodated our group well. It was close to the Belmont Amusement Park and lots of restaurants were in walking distance. Also all rentals at the Mission Beach Rentals @ Belmont were included at no extra charge. That was a nice bonus I didn't even know about until we got there. Overall Bluewater Vacation Homes did a great job to meet our expectations!

Very nice!
The condo is just as described. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of bed and bath space for 9 adults. Nicely updated baths and kitchen and nice patio. The kitchen is stocked nicely. The neighborhood is a noisy and the furniture is uncomfortable but the proximity to the beach made it worth it.

The place itself is, overall, great. Clean, spacious, great location steps from beach, and the property managers are responsive. The only caveat I will give is trust the reviews and the listing - parking is as difficult as they say, especially if the other side of the bay is in use. This was made very clear to us beforehand.There is also a good amount of homeless activity in the area. If you're not comfortable with this, you may want to look elsewhere.All in all, if you have a small (or no) car and want to be close to the beach, this property is a good option.

This property is SUPER close to the beach. You literally head out the back door and take two turns and your feet are in the sand. We had eight guests stay on property. Three couples and two singles. The singles had their own room, but it's a bunk bed. The downstairs bunk room is probably better suited for kids, but we made it work. There is a restaurant next door, but that didn't bother us at all. The properties are also close together, but that's what you get when you want to be close to the beach. The best part about this rental was the free beach rental equipment. My husband and his friends were able to sure, and then traded their surfboards in later that day for bicycles. They will also allow you to keep the bikes until you want to return them. All eight of us rode bikes everywhere! We loved the property and had a blast!

Great location and overall experience
The property was in great condition and was in a great location. The host was responsive to all our questions as we prepared for our trip. The host was very transparent in how tight the parking situation would be. It truly was tough to get in and out of the parking spots due to the alley and dumpsters being so narrow. Once you are in the spots, two cars fit well. It's just getting in and out of the spots that is challenging. The guests at the property next to us actually hit and damaged our car, that is how tight it is. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room and bathrooms. The AC in each room worked well. Hard to find AC and 2 parking spots, so it was a win!

Close to the beach. Very tight parking no large SUVs
Great place and great location there are some college students that are renting a place upstairs pretty loud and always partying. The patio out front downstairs is for the bottom portion that we rented but there was a lot of traffic hanging out there and cutting through there to get to the college dorm upstairs which was really annoying. The college dorm upstairs has two balconies we we’re not allowed to access even though the stairs from our place weird right up to it. So I’m not sure why they can hang out on the downstairs patio and we cannot go to the rooftop patio. Also there are three homeless people that sleep right out front in the alleyway where you park to access your car.
Other than that the place was clean the beds are comfortable it’s in a great location

Great location between ocean and bay
Loved being able to walk to ocean or bay with small kids. They loved the full size bunk beds. Was nice to have the air conditioning units. Two were not working when we arrived but they came and fixed them the next day per request. This area is busy, some day and night time noises. I am a light sleeper, maybe once a night something woke me. However we were there during spring break and I think most of the loudness at night was attributed to the neighbors above us that were up late. Even said, noise levels were tolerable. Only downside to this rental is the parking. If large vehicles are parked on either side it is very difficult to get in and out of the parking spots. Three different times when we arrived back at the rental someone was in our side of the garage. Twice it was the people in the upstairs unit and once it was the cleaning crew. If no one is staying in the upstairs rental it is super easy to park in the spots in the garage. If you want care free relaxing parking this renal may not be for you.
All in all we had a great family vacation here.

Location was ideal. However, parking was not the best. We could not fit both vehicles into carport
House was ideal. Location of home was great. However, the parking area face the back of the shops where the trash bins were placed. Parking was not the best. We could only fit one car into the carport. Had to look for space on the street and move it daily for due to street cleaning days. I recommend a small vehicle for parking, even with that the 2nd vehicle may still have an issue parking. Overall, the house was nice and clean and comfortable.
