This property is in Downtown San Diego so it is an urban area. The building is luxury & high end like most of the building in this area. The area is safe, However sadly there is a Homeless Crisis going on in the area. The property has 24 hour security team on site who go above and beyond for guests safety and comfort. We as well as none of our guests have every had any issues besides being sad about the situation.
