From the moment I arrived my stay at this place was terrible. What was even worse was the customer service from VRBO!! 1. The morning of my arrival VRBO messaged me and asked me what time I would be arriving. I said between 4:00 and 430. I arrived to the place at 5 PM and the cleaning lady was still there! She said I could not come in and that she needed another hour and “didn’t I get the message an hour ago from the owner”? I said “No I was on an airplane”. I asked her if I could come in and change and after some going back-and-forth, she finally agreed. Upon changing into my New Year’s Eve outfit for the night in the bedroom, I looked up and saw that the previous guest had spilled red wine all over the bedspread and that the room was quite dirty. I let it go thinking oh she would clean it and have it ready for me by the time I got back at the end of the night. Then I heard my cousin scream from the kitchen. She said oh my God there’s a dildo on the counter! What?? I was completely grossed out. Again, it was New Year’s Eve so I left as I had plans to attend.2. I woke up the next morning and had a terrible nights sleep as the bedsheets were dirty and there was SAND in the bed. I felt the sand all night. There was also NO BLANKET. The cleaning lady must’ve taken it?? So I slept in a dirty bed with no blanket. Awesome.Long story short I have yet to be refunded and I left the place the next day.
