Spectaculaire condo de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain avec une vue imprenable sur le canal de Mission Bay et l'océan Pacifique depuis cette spacieuse maison de 2 075 pieds carrés! Situé à la pointe sud de Mission Beach surplombant l'eau, ce plan d'étage incurvé unique a des murs en verre du sol au plafond pour capitaliser sur la vue incroyable. Grande cuisine ouverte et salon, un balcon avec vue sur chaque chambre, 2 parkings dans un garage fermé avec parking gratuit à proximité (voir photo du plan de stationnement), beaucoup de rangement pour les jouets de plage et une douche extérieure pour rincer les pieds de sable après longues journées sur la plage!

L'emplacement de cette propriété est idéalement situé près de la plage de sable de l'océan Pacifique et de la magnifique baie de Mission aux eaux calmes. Il y a une grande pelouse et une aire de jeux pour les enfants sur la baie. Terrains de basket-ball et de volley-ball installés sur le sable côté plage. Tout est à distance de marche et facilement accessible!

À seulement dix minutes à pied et vous êtes au centre de Mission Beach, un quartier emblématique de San Diego. Il y a des tonnes de magasins, des endroits pour louer des vélos et des sports nautiques, des bars et des restaurants. Il y a aussi le parc d'attractions Belmont, avec ses montagnes russes classiques et autres manèges, arcades, autos tamponneuses, laser tag, golf miniature et plus encore!

La zone entourant l'unité est un paradis pour les motards avec des kilomètres de voies piétonnes et cyclables pavées le long de l'océan ou de Mission Bay. Si vous préférez les sports nautiques, la baie est idéale pour la voile, la planche à voile, le pédalo et le jet ski dans ses eaux calmes.

Great Location, Spotless, and Comfortable

This place is gorgeous and very clean! With floor-to-ceiling windows, we enjoyed watching the seals, birds, people, and boats go by. It's close to the beach and Mission Bay. You can walk to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The beds and furniture are very comfortable, and it was nice having secure off-street parking. There was an issue with an alarm beeping near the elevator, but the host and site manager were very responsive and got it taken care of. The building is under a flight path so it can be loud, but air traffic pretty much stops overnight. It also helps to turn on the portable air conditioner or fan (one available in each bedroom) for white noise if you want to go to bed early or sleep in.One other note: the sliding glass door in the bedroom behind the kitchen doesn’t seal well, so it’s noisier than the other bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Mom’s 70th birthday

This property is worth it for the windows alone. We booked this with my mom and my brother and our spouses for a 70th birthday celebration. What a scenic, relaxing, and beautiful view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spectacular time in San Diego. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Family Anniversary Trip

Very nice clean property! Six adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. Beautiful view of the Channel and Ocean. Easy walk to the Basin, ocean, Belmont Park. Great location for Families!! And the underground garage and elevator made moving in/out so easy! We hope to come back!Thanks to our host Makela!!

Great time in San Diego

We were staying in Yuma and decided to spend a few days in San Diego. On the beach. With a view. This house met our needs perfectly. We were travelling with an older person with mobility challenges. The elevator goes from the parking level directly to the room. It was amazing. We saw dolphins in the inlet right outside the window. You can see the boats going in and out for the inlet and the open ocean. We would recommend this location.

70th Birthday weekend

This is a 10 star property! The view is amazing; sunrise and sunsets! We all enjoyed relaxing in the living room watching people kayaking, the fishing boats, and even saw a seal and 2 dolphins! Enjoyed walking to the beach and going for morning jogs. The condo was spotless; the cleaning team spent every attention to detail. The rooms and beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. This is the best Vrbo rental we’ve stayed and 10 stars to the owners and property mgrs. Highly recommend!

High school tennis team reunion in San Diego

6 of us getting together for annual trip to play pickleball, padel, tennis and just hang. Property is perfectly located with beautiful views sunrise to sunset. Unit was very clean, updated, and all around solid. Nice common living room, dining room and kitchen provided great gathering area for breakfast and late night socializing. Walk out the door to Mission Beach and stroll up to Belmont Park - 15 min beautiful walk. Easy drive to all SD sites. If interested in racquet / paddle sports, Barnes Tennis Center is a MUST and one of the best tennis, pickle, padel facilities in the country and is reasonably priced! Plus can venture to The Hub (25 min), Bobby Riggs (30 min), and The King of Padel (15 min).

Beyond amazing location and clean property

Amazing location with mesmerizing views all around! The layout is perfect for our larger family and the furnishings provide a homey feel. We enjoyed walking daily and visiting the beach. The provision of a vacuum helped keep some of the inevitable sand from trekking inside. A few minor challenges related to the leaking washing machine and some uncomfortable beds. The front bedroom had a gap in the door that didn't keep the noise out, but earplugs worked. The minor complaints would not keep us from returning again and again. We loved our stay!

Christmas at Mission Beach

This condo is well located for walking access to Mission Beach and nearby restaurants and an easy drive to SeaWorld. Amenities included off-street parking, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a spectacular room for relaxing while watching the boats, seals, dolphins and birds on the channel.

Calm location on a busy beach

Loved using this property as our home base for a thanksgiving trip for family. We could venture out to the zoo or Legoland during the day and enjoy the view at the beginning and end of our days. Sunrises and airplanes, sunsets and boats, birds and seals. Fun place!

Lovely view

Really enjoyed this property. Google maps tried to park us in the beach parking lot and walk away from the property, so be sure to look at photos and visualize where you want to be. Condo nicely appointed with killer view over channel- fun to watch the boats and pelicans. Only downside to location is the 6:30 a.m. start time for takeoff at San Diego airport - the first half hour sounds like being under an air show. Cleaning crew arrives at 10:01 so don't linger.

Perfect place for our family

We had 6 adults and had plenty of space. Only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Kitchen is nicely furnished. The views in real life are at least as beautiful at the pictures in the listing. We thought that being so close to the beach would be noisier, but it was no problem at all. Very quiet, especially at night. Having a secure place to park is also a bonus. We'll stay here again, if it's available.

Amazing views!

This was an absolutely amazing stay! The location to the beach was a 5-10 min walk and we could watch the dolphins and seals right from the living room! We had a group of 10 girls and all slept comfortably. One note is that the listing says a futon in the master but it is just a blow up mattress. Didn’t bother us but something to note if you have more adults! Overall I would definitely stay here again!!

A Slice of Heaven

A wonderful unit in an amazing location! The 180 degree view is absolutely incredible, with dolphins and seals who occasionally swim by. Unit is spacious, clean and comfortable, and having 3 bathrooms was a treat. Only a couple of minor things to note: 2 of the 4 bdrms do not have a reading light for bedtime reading and the kitchen is fairly basic in its supplies. We bought a kettle and tea pot, sandwich bags, plastic wrap, napkins, salt, coffee, etc. and the knives were all pretty dull. Having 2 reserved parking spots is a big benefit. We loved that the unit had all the beach equipment we could use -- chairs, boogie board, etc.. And, the host was great to deal with. Would easily stay there again!
