We have parking spaces available for reservation in the buildings lot. The costs are $20 per night. Due to limited spaces, parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee parking, so please inquire about our availability prior to booking if this is a requirement for you. We can also provide recommendations to other nearby lots upon request! It's a very quiet area. Very new space ,close to everything within walking distance and a great view. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay at this place in the future.

Our experience was a nightmare! We rented the place for 6 nights but had to literally run away after one night.First, the photos are totally misleading. The condo building is in the center of aggressive 'unhoused' activity day and night. It’s not just a few unhoused - there are dozens. And although we’re from Portland OR., we were shocked to see so many drugged-out humans in one area.Upon arrival the advertised secure parking lot gate was not working and also inoperative when we left the next day. Human waste was literally by the front door of the building and the hallways and elevator in the building were filthy. The apartment itself was dirty, especially the sleeper couch in the living room. When we opened the couch we discovered cigarette butts, used condoms, some pills, leftover food and other trash. The bedroom, which overlooks the common hallway, lacks any privacy and doesn’t feel safe. The condo is very noisy, has a minimal supply of everything and has a bad aura. The management company refused to compensate us for the unused days. We felt like we were cheated. I took many photos of the place and have the proof!! The whole experience ruined our vacation.

This unit met our needs quite well. Convenient location less than a 10 minute walk to Gaslamp quarter. A grocery store across the street and larger one less than 2 blocks away. Check with door codes was easy and liked that the entrance area is well lit. Hosts are very helpful and respond quickly. Would rent again from Select Stays.

Walking distance to the convention centre and restaurant district, and across the street from a super market, the unit was all that we had wished for. The check in was seamless and the hosts responisve and available. Would stay again.

It would not be fair to rate this property for something out of their control - that would be the many homeless folks living near and around this hotel. When booking, the property managers tell you of this in their advisory, so it was no surprise to me when I arrived. It's like any other big city dealing with homelessness. That was the only criticism I had about my stay. The property was gorgeous and well-cleaned and maintained. I highly recommend paying the $20/day for a secured parking spot in their on-site lot. Everything was within walking distance, and we used Uber often, which literally picked you up right outside the property's front door. I'd definitely stay here again.
