Verification is completed through a secure third-party platform with bank-level encryption, and security deposits may apply. Your information is never used for marketing or shared outside of this process.
This extra step helps protect our home, the neighborhood, and your reservation from identity-related fraud. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and welcoming space for everyone.

• This is a non-smoking home and building. Vaping inside is also not allowed. No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
• Please do not use glitter, silly string, tape, staples, or pins on the walls or water balloons.
• No pets are allowed in the apartment.
• No events or parties are permitted.
• Please use coasters on wood furniture.
• Please respect a courtesy quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM for our neighbors.
• Give us a heads up if something is not working or breaks so that we are not scrambling to fix it before the next guests arrive.
• Please do NOT move furniture or unplug any electronics. A moving fee will be charged.
• Undeclared guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of six are strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of $50 per person, per night.
• Please advise host of any changes in number of guests after booking. Exceeding stated Max occupancy as mandated by ordinance, will result in the booking being immediately terminated without a refund.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are allowed based on availability and will incur an extra fee. Advance notice is required.
