Located near vibrant Plaza Bonita for shopping, scenic Emerald Hills Park, & just a short drive to the lively Gaslamp Quarter, historic Balboa Park, & the sun-soaked sands of Coronado Beach.

☆ Perfectly situated in a prime neighborhood, this upper unit offers breathtaking views of downtown San Diego and the iconic Coronado Bridge. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or a work trip, our home is designed to provide comfort and convenience for up to 6 guests.

☆ Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms features new comfortable full beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. Ample closet space with hangers is provided for your clothing storage needs.

☆ Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. It includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, tea kettle and Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods, sugar and creamer. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need.

☆ Living and Dining Area: The spacious open floor plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing and socializing. With plenty of natural light streaming in, this area is both inviting and comfortable.

☆ Parking: While there is plenty of street parking available, please note that the lower unit has access to park in the driveway.

☆ Outdoor Space: The upper unit features a balcony without a gate, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks with a view. The lower unit has a fully fenced backyard, which you may occasionally share with other guests.

☆ Location: The neighborhood around our home, is a vibrant area offering a mix of residential convenience and urban amenities. It's close to several shopping centers, including Plaza Bonita, which provides a variety of retail and dining options. For outdoor enthusiasts, Emerald Hills Park and Chollas Lake Park are nearby, perfect for recreational activities. The area is well-served by public transportation, making it easy to reach downtown San Diego and other attractions like the Gaslamp Quarter and Balboa Park.

☆ Access: Guests will have full access to the upper unit, including private access to all three bedrooms and the bathroom. Please note that you may see other guests in the driveway or backyard of the bottom unit. If traveling with extra guests or need the extra space, the bottom unit can be rented separately.
