☆ Access: Guests will have full access to the upper unit, including private access to all three bedrooms and the bathroom. Please note that you may see other guests in the driveway or backyard of the bottom unit. If traveling with extra guests or need the extra space, the bottom unit can be rented separately. House Rules
• Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti or glitter is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Not pets
• Please park only in designated spots and be mindful of street signs to avoid overnight parking fines.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
