Welcome to your cozy Southern California retreat, perfectly located in the heart of North Mission Beach! This charming one-bedroom, one-bath condo is just steps from the sand and surf, offering a stylish and affordable escape for couples or small families.
Step inside to find a bright and open living space with high beam ceilings that enhance the airy vibe. The living room features a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a bar-top kitchen—perfect for casual dining or evening drinks. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped, offering all the essentials for meals at home.
The bedroom features all-new furnishings, a trendy ceiling fan, and a mounted TV for winding down after beach adventures. With generous closet space and coastal charm, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
End your beach days with a soak in the bathtub, or catch the sunset glow from the west-facing bathroom window. Outside, enjoy convenient off-street parking and easy access to the boardwalk, beach, bay, restaurants, and more.

• Living Room – Full-size pull-out sofa, sleeps 1 adult or 2 children
• Total guest capacity: 4 guests (3 adults recommended)

• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, and umbrella
• This is a bottom-floor condo with a full-time resident above—please be respectful of neighbors and observe local noise policies
• No laundry in the unit, but a laundromat is located just 50 feet away
• Occasional neighborhood noise may be heard due to the central location

• Primary renter must be 25+ years old
• Exterior security camera & decibel meters
• Guest must sign an e-sign agreement w/ Coast's terms and conditions
• ID and credit card verification required
• No Smoking anywhere on property, including exterior areas
• No events or over occupancy
• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
• Guest Policy: Only registered guests may stay overnight; maximum occupancy must be followed
