The space
HavenBloom at Kalmia is a newly renovated 6-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for families, friends, business travelers, and larger groups who want to stay together while exploring San Diego. With 10 beds and accommodations for up to 14 guests, the home offers 2 king beds, 2 full beds, and 6 Twin XL beds.

Inside, guests will enjoy soaring ceilings, bright gathering spaces, modern finishes, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and individual mini-split A/C units in every bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, mini Keurig, microwave with Air Fry capability, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and shot glasses.

Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, ironing board, iron/garment steamer, and hair dryer. Outside, guests can relax in the lounge and BBQ areas or enjoy a game of foosball or cornhole.

The property offers parking for up to six vehicles: three inside the gate, two compact vehicles in the left asphalt area, and one vehicle directly outside the gate. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of Little Italy and minutes from Downtown, the airport, Balboa Park, Coronado, Mission Bay, La Jolla, beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and major attractions. Light ambient freeway sound may be noticeable outdoors due to the home’s convenient central location.

Guest access
Guests have access to the full home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, outdoor gathering areas, and the closet next to the laundry room. Please do not access locked owner/storage areas, the area behind or below the deck, or the billboard structure. The gate must remain closed and locked at all times.

We strive to provide a five-star experience for every guest. If anything does not meet your expectations or something isn’t working properly, please let us know right away so we have the opportunity to make it right during your stay.

Our home is located in an urban area of San Diego. Because of this, you will hear sirens from the fire station directly across the street, aircraft from the nearby airport, and normal freeway traffic throughout the day and night. While most guests are not bothered by these sounds, we believe it’s important to be transparent so you know what to expect.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance, the east side parking area, the west side of the property, and on the front doorbell. The west-side camera is positioned to monitor the backyard perimeter and fence line and also captures the outdoor deck, BBQ, and dining area. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private indoor spaces. The cameras are not actively monitored during your stay, but recordings may be reviewed if needed for safety, security, or to investigate issues involving the property.

Due to San Diego’s dry climate and wildfire risk, smoking, fireworks, candles, and any open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
