Take in the 180° ocean views from the 2 balconies, the private front patio with a luxe hot tub, 2 living areas, and from each floor-to-ceiling window that surrounds the home.



Walk just steps from the sand, only a few mins walk to the Promenade Mall, the Pier, amazing restaurants, bars & cafes, and only a short drive into Downtown.



The Space:

You’ll never stay anywhere like this one of a kind, iconic beachfront home that sits right on the boardwalk giving you the ultimate location to enjoy every inch of beautiful Mission Beach, quite literally, right on your doorstep.



Make your way inside and relax within the sun-soaked living area that centers around the open fireplace and large, 55” TV with access to streaming apps – the perfect cozy space for a movie night in with the ocean as your backdrop.



Behind is the modern kitchen that seamlessly integrates with the stairs above and comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Cook using the large and small appliances, then sit around the stylish table that also doubles as a handy workspace.



There are two beautifully designed bedrooms to choose from with one on each level. The master bedroom upstairs features a lavish adjoining ensuite and a gorgeous balcony while the downstairs bedroom makes you feel like you’re sleeping right on the beach – you’re that close!



Also upstairs is the second living space which can also be used as a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and yet another balcony with an upper fireplace and a stylish bar table giving you the best sunset views. There is an additional twin air mattress available at the home, as the sleeper sofa may not comfortably fit 2 adults.



The front decked patio is the place to be on a sunny, San Diego day where you can sit back on the many Adirondack chairs and be the envy of passers-by, then take a dip in the inviting hot tub as you listen to the sound of the waves crashing onto the sand.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, the two balconies and the front decked patio with a hot tub as well as free Wi-Fi with access to streaming apps on the TV, free parking for one vehicle, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer in the laundry.



The Neighborhood:

When location is everything, this gorgeous Mission bay home delivers being right in the heart of it all with the bay on one side and the white sandy beach on the other. Your hardest decision of the day will be where to walk to next!



Whether you’re spending a few days indulging in the city’s myriad of beaches and surf spots, visiting the aquatic attractions SeaWorld San Diego and Mission Bay Aquatic Park, or exploring the inland offerings of the city, this amazing central location puts you right in the middle of it all!



Surrounding the home you have a handful of restaurants, cafes, Ralphs Supermarket and the popular Promenade Shopping Mall where you can stock up on beachwear, order a morning smoothie, stop in at the beachside beer garden or one of the tasting rooms for when you’ve earned a drink.



Visit the largest water park of its kind in the world, Mission Bay Aquatic Park, which offers everything from kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding to water skiing, sailing, kite surfing and everything in between. If you’d rather stay on land, families can bike ride, picnic, barbecue or celebrate with bonfires right next to the water.



See dolphins, orcas, sea lions much more at SeaWorld just a 6 minute drive away or experience the thrills and spills at Belmont Park a quick 7 minute drive from the house.



Experience the Old Town Historic Park, an open air living history museum then wander up to Mission Valley for some great shopping, food or just to catch a movie at the AMC.



Balboa Park is just 8 miles away and offers 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums then visit the San Diego Zoo which always scores #1 on the best zoos list and is definitely worth a visit.



Explore can’t-miss shops and hangouts in neighborhoods such as the Gaslamp Quarter, the East Village, North Park and Old Town then be spoilt for choice when it comes to food with a mix of fine dining through to food trucks serving up some of the best fish tacos you will every taste.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included with your stay or by bus with the closest stop a 2 minute walk right on Mission Blvd.

The garage parking space is very small. For reference, my Toyota 4runner will not fit. If your vehicle does not fit in the garage, there is no other parking I am able to offer. You must find a spot on the street. I believe a Mazda cx-3 or chevy malibu does fit into the garage.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This iconic is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles.



Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.



Other Things to Note:

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!

Very comfortable well appointed unit in supurb location on the beach. Parking a bit of a problem and contact for needs with the owner almost impossible. No phone number. Had to Use VRBO site for any communication. Upstairs shower clogged and key for hot tub missing, Hot tub unlocked. Stay very pleasant and would book again in spite of few concerns.

Great location but the property is not well kept. Sink drain plugs were missing, the patio door is extremely hard to operate, the windows were dirty and there’s no place to conveniently unpack your clothes. There is no lift bar for the hot tub cover and the far side clips are very difficult to access. Keep looking.

everything was great except for the parking. Evan notified me the garage was very small but we didn't know that the house directly behind us had a designated parking spot that basically blocked us from getting out. So we had to ask the renters behind us to move their vehicle when we left the house.

The best part of this stay is being just steps from the sand and ocean—it's hard to beat that kind of access. The space had a clean, modern feel and offered a relaxing, luxurious vibe throughout. The owner was friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. The parking spot is a bit tight—we were able to fit our Tesla Model Y, but it does make accessing the washer a bit tricky. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable stay, and we’d definitely come back!

It was a beautiful place and you couldn’t beat the location. The inside of the home was beautifully done, clean and plenty of towels etc. beds were comfy! We really appreciated that. It was well stocked with paper towels soap, shampoo etc . The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. so many utensils , spatulas etc. we found some foil and Saran Wrap etc that is in the top drawer area, a pullout above the cutlery. Very cool. Wish we saw it earlier!We had a little vandalism happen while we were there. Someone cut the straps of the jacuzzi at night and then left some bodily fluids there. We had to clean it up and we wanted to have it professionally cleaned, the filter was very gross but we had to handle it ourselves. My son had cleaned the filter three times to get it decent. The stove had a mismatch on the knobs and one didn’t work. We figured out how to exchange the knob from the griddle and so if you have the same issue, try that. Evan was very great for communication but I felt the jacuzzi incident could have been handled better. The garage is tiny and we had a small vehicle to go inside but another car was blocking the entrance. Fortunately, we were able to connect with them to move their car but they blocked it again. This property is great for people watching, a bit crazy on the weekends but calmed down during the week. Beautiful beach, walk to the bay and we enjoyed our stay.
