Girls & Family Trip+Pool+beauty bar, San Diego

Welcome to Le Palmier (The Palm), the remodeled home is perfect for a girls or family trip to San Diego! Escape to a wonderful 4-bedroom house in La Mesa. This superb property features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 set of full size bunk beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. Total capacity for 10 guests. We hope to provide a location for friends and family to come together and remember "what matters most is who you're with!" This house is centrally located to all major attractions, SeaWorld, La Jolla, and downtown. We are also partnered with local Bachelorette party planning companies to help organize your stay.

Located 15-20 mins from nearly all major attractions that San Diego has to offer! Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a dead end cul de sac with plenty of on-street parking.

The interior:
• As a guest of our 1700 sq. ft. property, you have multiple areas to hang out with your friends and family! You can start by chilling on a luxurious sectional sofa and watch the newest shows on Netflix or Hulu on our 75" Smart TV.
• Once you're ready to get the night started, head over to the dedicated make-up bar to get ready with individual vanity mirrors.
• Sip on a glass of wine while playing foosball or corn hole while others can sit back and take some IG/TikTok worthy pictures and videos throughout the house.
• After your night out in downtown (only a 20 minute Uber ride away), come home and get a good night's rest on our luxurious mattresses.
• The house is centrally located to:
- 7 mins to SDSU
- 15 min to Balboa Park
- 20 mins to downtown
- 20 mins to mission beach
- 25 mins to La Jolla

The exterior:
• Play some outdoor corn hole or chill on the sectional while sipping on a glass of wine after a long day of bachelorette adventures!
• Craft some pool side cocktails right by the patio and relax on new lounge chairs as you watch your friends chill by pool while taking group photos to cherish your memories in front of our custom designed 'What matters most is who you're with!" mural!
• Gather around our intimate dining area and enjoy a meal together. BBQ grill is provided if your up to grilling.

- NOTE - The garage used for storage by our cleaners and is off-limits to guests.

Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500 fine.

Pool:
The pool does not have a perimeter fence, so please keep a close eye on any children (or adults) who do not know how to swim.

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Master Bedroom: 2 Full-on-Full bunk beds (total 4 full mattresses) with en suite full bathroom

2nd Bedroom: 1 King sized mattress

3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen sized mattress

4th Bedroom: 1 Queen sized mattress

Dining area/beauty bar: Dining table which fits 10 people and adjacent beauty bar

Living room: 75 inch smart TV, Insta wall with neon lights of “She said yes! We said San Diego!,” and bachelorette party games.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house! The only off-limits area is the garage which is used for storage by our cleaning company.
