The room was much smaller than expected and not as clean as I had hoped. The towels and sheets had visible stains, and there was dust buildup in the corners that triggered my allergies. We requested housekeeping during our stay, but only one bed was made and the bathroom was barely touched. Despite having four guests, only two bath towels were provided, and with the hotel phones down, I had to go all the way to the front desk just to request more.
Our room key stopped working twice during our three-night stay, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to reactivate it. Parking was another major issue â although we paid for it, there were no available spots at the hotel. We had to park along a nearby sidewalk and walk back each time, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be staying at this hotel again.
