I will NEVER stay here again. Go to the bathroom at 2:30 in the morning, wash hands and water will not drain and its leaking. Call the front desk, no maintenance on site, send up security with towels. FWI security guard was very understandable. He goes and gets plungers; he pulls up lots of charcoal looking pieces. I am a disabled vet; anxiety is off the chain. I am alone at this time. Now its 3:00 in the morning, call the front desk and she says no more rooms. I said the devil is a lie. She "found" a room. Luckily my daughter shows up at 3:45 to help me move. We get settled in, my daughter pulls back her sheets and there is BLOOD on her sheets. Lord take the wheel. Call for more sheets and guess what, they didn't fit.... My daughter just threw them on the bed and grabbed a blanket. Next day reached out to the manager, not once, not twice but three times.....kept getting "she is going to call you" I received my call after I spoke to her. I guess CYA covering your ass. I took pics of everything. The manager gave a voucher for free buffet, who is going to eat breakfast, when they changing rooms at 4:00 in the morning????? Yes, we received a voucher for the following morning, so what. Then she said she wasn't going to charge for parking, guess what......they charged me. I caught it before I had to take the five 1/2 drive back home. UNACCEPTABLE treatment. UNCCEPTABLE reimbursement. UNACCEPTABLE customer service. Totally unacceptable.
