Just 20 steps to the beach and famous Boardwalk, the three integrated but distinct units with kitchens and living spaces sleeps 16 (4, 5, and 7 per unit) just steps apart.
The lower unit is ADA friendly and attached to the spacious, enclosed patio with firepit and BBQ.
The North Mission Beach location is an easy walk to shops and restaurants.
3 Parking spots and beach gear included! Room to store bikes and gear as well.

Stay with us and enjoy our famous California sunsets from your private patio and decks! Our large, open living spaces flow onto the patio and decks with ocean views. Large windows provide an abundance of natural light with great views of the Pacific Ocean and the Mission Beach boardwalk.

The perfect location awaits, we sit on a quiet and charming walking only court that connects you easily to both the Ocean and Mission Bay.
Walk east to Mission Bay and the Catamaran resort and Spa or walk just steps west to the famous Boardwalk, Mission Beach, and Pacific Beach shops and restaurants. Heading out from your beach oasis provide as much adventure as you like in every direction!

Our unique property is comprised of three integrated but distinct units: 2 upstairs with doors side by side and one on ground level attached to the patio. The 3 units come together with the patio as one for your family or group of up to 16.

The large patio is enclosed so kids, pets and everyone can gather outdoors. Have a BBQ, take in the sun, visit and chat around the firepit, make s'mores (we provide kits) or lounge in the shade (2 huge umbrellas) it's up to you!
From the decks and patio, you can hear and smell the ocean just 20 steps away.

Beach gear including towels, kids' toys, beach chairs, cooler, carts, surfboards and volleyball equipment are included! Additionally, you can chill out (or warm up) with the mini-splits ACs throughout.

Please note this is not a party house. We are in a neighborhood with noise rules (all Mission Beach has this).

Quiet hours outside after the 10pm in respect of the strict noise ordinance. Everyone in the group must agree to follow the rules.
