Welcome to our Pacific Beach home located right on Sail Bay and only steps to beautiful white sandy beaches (& close to the ocean too)! The beach & boardwalk wrap the temperate waters of the Bay and the Pacific for miles of endless fun in the sun. Our quaint community is located next to Fanuel Street Park which has a charming playground that the kids will love. Our 2 story beach condo has a private patio overlooking the park & beach with dedicated parking in a secured garage & elevator access.

This is our private 2nd home and we welcome you to enjoy it as much as we do! We are Superhosts and make sure our guests have an amazing experience at the beach!

Whether you enjoy sunbathing at the beach, rejuvenating in the building's hot tub that overlooks the bay , paddle boarding, or cruising up and down the boardwalk on one of our included bikes, we have something for everyone. The hot tub is located on the bay and has gate access directly to the beach.

Our 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers plush bedding, high-end mattresses, high-speed wireless internet, portable air conditioning and all the amenities you need to make your stay care-free and memorable. The first floor boasts a beach-themed living room with comfy chairs, a work space/desk with fast WIFI, and a sofa sleeper for up to 1 adult or 2 children. The second floor has the kitchen, dining room and a separate bedroom/bath areas that can be closed off for more privacy.

*NOTE: MAX 4 adults, and we prefer families or groups of family members/mature friends. NO PARTY GROUPS!

Both living room and the master bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs and you can access your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, HBO accounts along with many others.

Immaculately cleaned by our professionally trained team using EPA-registered products to clean the home and patio.

Take full advantage of the beach with our complimentary beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards to ride the waves! We also provide beach cruisers/bikes to enjoy the boardwalk.

For babies and toddlers (0-3) we provide a Park and Play and sheets as well as a high chair. Our sofa/futon can act as a third bed for 2 kids/1 adult. Your private balconies have a table and 2 chairs, chaise lounge chair and a gas grill. You can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the kids play at the park from the balcony.

Our fully outfitted kitchen with comes complete with utensils, plates, glasses, coffee machine & coffee, refrigerator, range/oven, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. We provide cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper, etc.

Fans and windows allow you to utilize the natural A/C provided by the Pacific Ocean in the style of a traditional beach cottage however we also have portable A/C units if it gets warm.

When you’re ready to venture out into America’s Finest City, you are just 3 miles from SeaWorld San Diego, 12 miles from the world-famous San Diego Zoo, and 28 miles from LEGOLAND California.

** These are privately owned condos and this is our personal vacation home. We do not accept groups of more than 4 adults and prefer families over groups of friends. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.

** NOTE: No unregistered overnight guests that are not on the original reservation. No animals whatsoever (due to owner's severe allergies). No parties, events or loud noise. Also, absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the property. We have a nice family with kids who lives next door, so it's very important that we respect them by following these rules.
