The primary suite features an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower and a King size bed.



Both guest bedrooms have queen beds in each.



Bay Park Breeze has central heating and A/C, hardwood floors, stylish laundry room with additional storage, fully fenced yard, and more.



The backyard is a lush tropical oasis featuring a beautiful collection of palms, artificial turf, fruit trees, and covered pergola.



The backyard also includes a detached multipurpose room with french doors and new flooring that has a desk and futon can - great space if you are needing a little time to do work away from the family.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 6. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.



This home is pet friendly.



For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.



There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.



This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.

Bay Park is a great place to live, work, and play. It overlooks beautiful Mission Bay and offers a bird’s eye view of both Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean from the high vistas on its hilltops. Centrally located you can get to most parts of San Diego in minutes and the trolly system is a short walk from the house.

This home is PET FRIENDLY. There will be a pet fee of $40/Night. Ask about flat rates for stays of a week or more.



Baby items are available to rent for an additional charge (high chair, pac-n-play and stroller)



Boogie Boards are available to rent for an additional charge ($20/Each)



Beach Wagons are available to rent for an additional charge ($35/Each)



Early Check-In's and Late Check-Out's can be requested 1 week prior to check-in.



Early check in is a $25/Hr fee from 12PM



Late Check out is a $25/Hr fee from 11AM - 2PM



Twin Mattress Rental: $30



Queen Air Mattress Rental: $60



Interaction with Guests:

We are available for guests 7 days a week. Emergency numbers will be provided for guests in case an emergency arises and need help after hours.
