We have parking spaces available for reservation in the buildings lot. The costs are $20 per night. Due to limited spaces, parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee parking, so please inquire about our availability prior to booking if this is a requirement for you. We can also provide recommendations to other nearby lots upon request! Great location for college tours

We loved the location of the property, as we were going in different directions each day for college tours. Very easy access. Also super close the Little Italy and Gas Lamp, which has amazing food.

Nice and spacious

The penthouse was great for our group of 6. The outside seating is nice to have but the surroundings aren’t great to sit and look at. The hosts were great and responsive. Given the walkability score, I thought there might be more around to walk too. Having a grocery across the street was very helpful.

Better than I expected

The pics don’t do this property justice. The sliding patio doors created such a perfect indoor/outdoor living space. We had 4 men, ranging in age from 37 to 45 and never felt like we didn’t have enough space. Check in process was extremely easy and the checkout even easier. The host was responsive and helpful if you need it. And the location was perfect, just on the outside of downtown made it easy to get in and out if you are leaving to see the sights and close enough to walk to the Gaslamp. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting San Diego.

Convenient to grocery stores and within walking distance to restaurants and ballpark. SD has not escaped homeless issues that plague many America cities.

The property was very comfortable inside as described. Construction across the street was loud but tolerable. We did not feel safe walking, but drove or Uber. Secure parking, but the back door was not. Suggest securing the door to prevent litter and filth. That would be on the property/building management. No reflection on our condo. We had a great visit. thank you.

Convenient Location

We attended a trade show at the San Diego Convention Center and so it was a mere 20 minute walk from the penthouse. Luckily we were there for July 4th and got to watch the fireworks from the roof. Awesome!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in San Diego. The location was great as it was close to the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, Balboa Park, and a trolley stop. Having a balcony and the view from the roof were a bonus. We loved staying here!

Lots of little issues! Stained couch and pillows. Master bathroom toilet needed plunged before it would work properly. Sheets still damp on the beds when we arrived. Remote worked to turn tv on and that’s it. Dirty walls! Only 2 wash cloths for 4 people.
