« Yeimy Flores was combative andDiscrimnatory towards my family. We arrived late after a flight with two infants. Yeimy Flores provided us the wrong address as well as no phone number stating we have to contact vrbo directly. We had to contact customer service and they provided us the address at1 am. Yeimy was no where to be found. To make matters worse when we checked out not 1 hour later Yeimy send videos of the house cleaning lady saying how disgusting it was to empty out a bathroom trash bin...

« The place was nice with few exceptions. No body wash in shower, had to call and was replaced only in two bathrooms making one shower useless. The kitchen you actually cook in is not what is show as they are only decor and nothing works (stove and double ovens). The actual kitchen area is like a big closet. Refrigerator didn't keep things cold but cool, ice machine didn't work, ac units very finky and for having a generator when the power went out 3 different times, nothing worked. The BBQ...

« The property was advertised as premium property great part of town. But when we arrived we noticed security bars all over the windows and doors and my partner felt very uncomfortable staying there. We immediately told the property manager that we didn't even want to stay one night but was convinced to stay one night but my partner was so uncomfortable that she went to bed fully dressed and couldn;t sleep at all that night.
