« Property managers were very easy to work with and communicate. »

« The unit was very nice, spacious, and the cleanest rental I have ever been in! Ping was responsive and accommodating. I would stay again. »

« Super easy stay! Highly recommend for a local ocean side stay »

« This beautiful getaway is a home away from home. You get exactly what you see in the photos and read in the description definitely get what you pay for! The host is very sweet and accommodating when able, he was checking in making sure we had everything we needed. Close to the beach I would definitely book this spot again no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this place 10/10. »

« Location on Oak St was perfect. Close to restaurants, the beach, shops. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Dishwasher was not working so I let the owner know so she could get it repaired. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making our beach days easy. »

« Great view. »

« What a fantastic stay at a lovely house! Beautiful ocean view from Master Bedroom. Perfect location, many beaches within a short walking distance (1 block), a handful of fantastic restaurants also within walking distance. It was so nice not having to use our car. We just did a quick getaway from our home in La Jolla, CA. The host was very easy to communicate with, had a small hiccup with the TV and he was over within minutes to fix it, as well as being helpful with recommendations of where to...

« Overall a decent stay. One of the bedroom beds we could not use because the mattress was poor. It was also very inconvenient to not have access to a remote to open the garage so every time we came back to the unit we had to walk around through the unit to open it to then park our car. The floors were also very dirty. The unit was big and spacious for our family and in a nice area. »

« This is a lovely property. The pool is gorgeous and there’s plenty of room for a large family. Field Trip does an excellent job of hosting the property, as well. We would go back. »

« This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? Overall this property had what we needed and worked perfectly for our trip. »
