The Space:
Our home is professionally managed by myself and @StayWithDave!
You will have our entire 700 sqft property all to yourself. It is on the 2nd floor of our 2 story triplex.
Bedrooms and Bedding:
King pillowtop bed in the master bedroom and both living room sofas convert into comfortable full size beds. There are extra sheets,comforters & pillows for the sofa beds.
AC/Heat
Central AC and heat throughout the home (one of the only properties by our beach to have AC)
Parking:
You will have 2 reserved parking spots in our driveway. (1 in garage + 1 in front of the garage)
Overnight parking is also available on some streets in our neighborhood. There are signs posted regarding street parking regulations.
Televisions & Entertainment:
2 Smart HDTV's that stream network and cable channels with Youtube TV. The TV's are also all connected to our Netflix account.
WIFI
Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.
WIFI Speed: Upload 10 mbps: download 200 mbps. (speed will vary depending on number of devices connected to WIFI)

We own the entire triplex. Here are the other 2 units in the building. You can book 2 or even all 3 units at a time - if they are available!
We are near the intersection of Avenida Del Mar & Calle Seville. You will literally be steps away to the best restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in the city. The walk down to the beach and the Pier is about 5 minutes (4 blocks away).
Getting Around:
Walking distance to so many places.
LYFT: The best way to get around if you're not walking or driving is via Lyft. Lyft is an App on your phone that let you order a private upscale taxi and have it arrive within minutes to wherever you are. All payments are automatic and you can see where your taxi is at all times. You can even review the route the driver took, rate your driver, or contact Lyft's support team in case you are not satisfied. Service is superb and costs less than city run taxis. This place is AWESOME. Its so close to downtown and an easy walk to the beach. The parking was so clutch. Being able to park the car once and never move it our whole trip was AWESOME. The place was super clean. Not a huge deal, they do ask for additional check in information for the host so just make sure you keep an eye out for those emails! AMAZING and I will stay again for sure.

What a nice place to stay! Would definitely go back. We had everything we needed and the place was super clean. The location was great. Very close to Main Street and restaurants. The 2 parking spots are really convenient because parking in the street is really difficult. Cannot wait to go back!

Visiting Family
Came up for a few days to visit family. Perfect location to walk to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also could grab some coffee and go to the beach. Just be ready to walk back up a hill lol other than that it was great. Great community and weather too. We will definitely make this our place to stay next time in town.

Cozy Apartment Stay
Great place to stay, perfect for a couples getaway! Prompt responses from the stay with Dave staff! Beautiful view from the balcony of the houses up on the hill and within walking distance to the ocean and beach! There is also a lot of places within walking distance if you didn’t want to drive around or worry about parking! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, very home like feeling and very cozy comfortable stay!

Perfect Location
This property is located just minutes from San Clemente Pier/Beach and is surrounded by the best restaurants SC has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and is walking distance from beach, coffee, restaurants, shopping, everything you would want or need, is close by. The home itself is spotless and smells clean. The linens smell clean and fresh! I live locally to San Clemente and can't wait to plan my next "staycation" to this location.

We love San Clemente! The host was responsive and accommodating. The location was very convenient to shops, restaurants, parks, the pier and the beach. The full kitchen was so great to be able to cook some meals in. There were a few things that need improving. The towels are old and need to be replaced. We stayed as a family of four and used beach towels as our bath towels because there weren’t enough normal sized bath towels for four people. The tenant next door kept their exterior light on each night and it shined into the den. While there are blinds it was so bright in there - blackout curtains would be ideal. The blinds on that same windo were covered in thick dust when we tried to cover them a little more. While there is apparently a washer and dryer - it would be a lot more convenient to be in the kitchen where there is a hookup rather than wherever it is (we never found it). All in all it was a good stay and we weren’t in the space much. Just some slight improvements would make this space even better. Thank you!

Great Location!
Great location, walkable to beach. Amenities include beach chairs, beach towels, and fully stocked kitchen. However, we could not find any dish soap. It's an older home with decent upgrades, but could use a good deep cleaning (carpets, bathroom vents, and stinky pillows). Bed was comfortable, and the place fulfilled all of our family needs. Easy to check in and out as well. One major bonus to this place was no expectation of cleaning upon checkout. However, out of respect, we did the dishes and tried to tidy up. Overall, great place, just a couple of things that stood out that are easily fixed.

Convenient, Cozy and Quiet
The location couldn't have been any better so were the amenities. It is very centrally located for anything you would like to do in the area. It had everything we needed - be it having a quiet day or wanting to explore and feel the vibe.
The plug points are a bit of an issue. There aren't as many that are viable. All are 2 pins and it's not as many needed for a family. The drier broke a couple times leaving us to dry it in the balcony & also to come back home with a huge bag of wet clothes. (We were there for a long stay for family reasons).
Some of the things that needed quick attention were attended very promptly. Thank you !

The property was clean and having air conditioning in that area is not common, but something I was looking for. Bring your converter if you have anything you need to plug in that has 3 prongs. I think we were able to find one 3-prong outlet in the kitchen, but nowhere else in the house. Close to the beach and just off of the main street with shopping and restaurants in San Clemente made the location great. 4 stars rather than 5 for little things like not having enough toilet paper and bath towels for the length of our stay and smelling a bit musty when we checked in (like a vacant home that had been closed up for a long time, but it went away). The furnishings were adequate, but not cozy and the leafy green "stay with Dave" wall is a bit weird. But, with that said, it was clean and very large! We would book again.

Perfect home close to the beach and shops
My son and I stayed here August 11-14, 2023, and it was perfect for our needs! Our hosts, Dave and Bianca, were amazing - they got back to us almost immediately and were genuinely caring and attentive.
The home is located about a 7-minute walk from the beach and shopfronts, and it presents exactly as it appears on the website: very clean and modern with a spacious living area. My bed was super comfortable and my (6 ft 2") son loved being able to stretch out on one of the two high-quality double sleeper sofas. Other than its prime location, the little "extras" that made our holiday perfect were having plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, two TVs, internet, and, of course, A/C (which is always welcome after a long day at the beach!). We didn't use the back yard, but we did use our cute balcony. The other amenities we really appreciated were the digital access - no keys to worry about losing at the beach (!) - and being able to park our car out of the heat in a cool garage. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in San Clemente. Thank you for a lovely holiday. :)

We found this to be the perfect last minute rental for a getaway close to the beach. As with any beach rental of an older property that’s been renovated over the years, it may not be picture perfect in person..there were little areas that needed attention, like the blinds were all dusty, for example. However, the main things that we needed were all there and clean. One bonus were the beach chairs that we made use of. We did bring 2-to-3 prong adaptors as per the review of another and left a couple behind to share. This location truly is a 10 minute walk to the beach! It is all on a downhill slope of sorts, especially as you near the beach, fyi. For myself, husband and two boys it was no trouble and we walked it back and forth a couple of times. When we had our main beach day, we drove to the little parking lot there with our gear. No trouble finding a spot as it was only about 10 in the morning on Tuesday, so can’t speak to the weekend traffic. After parking we made a left to walk past the surfing area at the pier towards calmer waves just north of there, which is only about another 5 minute walk after you hit the sand. We were able to rent a beach umbrella at a shore-side shop for 5. I do recommend, if you plan to walk to the beach with your gear as a family, to bring a wagon, if possible. Anyways, we enjoyed our stay and it beat a hotel and dealing with traffic before and after the beach. This host answered my few questions immediately & that was great too.
