Salt air drifts in through open windows as the morning light spreads across two spacious living areas, each ready for a different corner of your group. Whether you`re here for a family reunion, a wedding stay, or a large gathering, this two-unit San Clemente townhouse puts the coastline within walking distance and gives everyone room to breathe - together or apart.

The layout
This entire townhouse is made up of two self-contained units, each with its own entrance, living space, and kitchen. Lower Unit A sleeps 7, while Upper Unit B accommodates 10, combining for a total of five bedrooms, multiple shared areas, and four bathrooms. Both units feature bright, open interiors with central air conditioning and central heating - built for groups who want proximity without sacrificing personal space. Note: accessing the upper unit requires climbing 45 stairs.

Sleeping arrangements
Lower Unit A offers a king bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds, a loft with a twin bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Upper Unit B features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and private deck access, a second bedroom with one double and one queen bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided across both units.

Living spaces
Each unit has its own welcoming living room with a TV, cozy seating, and natural light. Upper Unit B adds vaulted ceilings and a dining table for communal meals, while Lower Unit A opens directly onto a private front deck. Both are ideal for winding down after a day by the water or gathering the whole group for an evening in.

Kitchen & dining
Both kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics you need - from pots and pans to dishes and silverware. A dining table in each unit means there`s always a spot for a shared meal, whether it`s a quick breakfast or a full group dinner.

Outdoor living
Step outside to private patio and balcony spaces furnished for relaxing, with a gas BBQ grill ready for evening cookouts. A peekaboo ocean view and steady coastal breeze set the tone for easy mornings and unhurried evenings spent outdoors.

Beach essentials & access
North Beach access and the beach trail are just steps away, making spontaneous trips to the shore effortless. Beach essentials are included - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - along with beach chairs and coolers, so you can head out without hauling gear.

Amenities & essentials
Both units include Wifi, a dedicated workspace, an in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage, and a full range of bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A hair dryer, bathtub, and hot water are also available. A Pack `n Play is available upon request - please bring your own sheet.

Positioned just across from Ole Hanson Beach Club and Casino San Clemente, the property sits in a walkable coastal setting with shops, restaurants, and local attractions a short drive away.

Guest access:
Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival.
No physical keys are required.
Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 11 AM
Early arrival or late departure may be available at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Checkout cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Package delivery is not recommended, as mailbox access is unavailable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
