The space
Both rooms are elegantly identical, each accommodating two guests. The property includes a full kitchen and a living room. Enjoy modern comforts like air conditioning and a washer and dryer. Outside, there's a swimming pool, pickle-ball court, barbecue area, and a charming palapa for dining. Plus, the ocean is just a short walk away, perfect for leisurely strolls. Every room has an Amazon fire stick for streaming services.

Please be aware that the bathroom is detached from the main living space, and is located in the garage area. It is about a 5 second walk from the living area, so it is very close like walking to any other bathroom in a normal house. We remodeled our 2 car garage, and used one half of the garage to make the guest house you see in the pictures, and the bathroom is located in the other half of the garage that we did not remodel. While the bathroom is detached, it is a really nice bathroom with high quality materials. We always enjoy using it but just want to be clear so you know what to expect.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire space as shown in the pictures. Additionally, access to a private pool and outdoor area.

No Parties or Loud Music: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, parties of any kind and loud music are not permitted on the premises.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 4. We kindly ask that you do not exceed this limit without prior approval from us.

Additional Guests: Any additional guests beyond the specified maximum must be approved by us beforehand. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.
