The house is beautiful with a lot of room and is in a very nice, quiet, neighborhood. Check in and check out was easy. Hosts were easy to contact but everything went so smoothly that we didn’t even need to contact the them. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Very clean, beds were very comfortable. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes from the downtown fun. The spaces throughout the house are serene.Host was easy to communicate with and checked on us after check in to ensure all was well. A wonderful respite.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. All the details and descriptions were accurate. The home was beautiful. We were near Boerne at bustling town with great restaurants, parks, Guadalupe State Park and a drive away from San Antonio. We can't say enough good things about the house, contact with owner and ease of accessing house. If this VRBO is not booked for your stay in the area, grab it.

Beautiful and comfortable home. We all slept like babies and the kitchen was huge and had all utensils needed. There is a backyard entertainment area that we were so busy we could not use, but it is perfect for get togethers with seating. The host was amazing! Communication the best ever!

This beautiful home and gracious host fit our needs perfectly. The property is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the bustle of downtown to make the screened in patio our favorite spot for morning coffee and/or an evening cocktail. The house was immaculate and comfortable from the galley kitchen, located in the center of the home, stocked with plenty of cookware/utensils/glassware to the mattresses and linens in the split, spacious bedrooms. Our host promptly answered all questions, gave excellent restaurant recommendations and made us feel welcome. We hope to stay here again in the near future!

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured. You can really tell the owners take pride in their property because every detail was taken care of.The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the common areas were perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen had all the essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was excellent with communication—very responsive, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and enjoyable place to stay near Boerne and La Cantera. This home was wonderful! I’ve stayed in many VRBOs. This one is a top contender!This home was exactly as pictured. It was extremely clean. It has been updated so nicely. The furniture is new and comfortable. There are two king beds and two queen beds, all of which were cozy! I loved the layout and it was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The patio had lounging furniture and a table. Great for outdoor dining and activities!The location also can’t be beat! We are from the area with lots of family still in town. It is centrally located and easy to get to everything. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We went on walks in the evening. We would definitely stay here again and have already told other family and friends about it. To top it all off, the property manager is wonderful. He was easy to contact, helped us with whatever we needed, and was kind! If you are looking for houses in Boerne and this one is available, it’s a no brainer.
