ⶠThis house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
ⶠUnregistered guests are not permitted.
ⶠWe are happy to accommodate small pets in our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 will be charged guests who have chosen to bring their furry friends along for their stay.
ⶠNo parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
ⶠNo smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
ⶠCheck-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
ⶠDuring check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
ⶠPlease note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
ⶠDo not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
