Great property for our week stay in San Antonio. This home provided us ample room for our family. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was incredibly easy with clear instructions. Although the weather didn't permit us to fully enjoy the backyard, the outdoor seating area with TV along with the swimming pool makes for a nice oasis during warmer months. Would highly recommend!

**Do not book here!!**The pool was unsafe to use for our entire stay it Was a beautiful dark green. Had to call to get the lawn mowed for the children to be able to play outside. The showers do not get hot. They love to say they offer a five star experience but this is not true. When i called to discuss the pool the first time i was assured that it was safe and had just been maintained but when they finally listened and sent out the pool guy to come out he stated he had not been out in two weeks and it was not safe to use. He came everyday of our stay and worked hard to try to make it safe to use. This should have been done prior to renting and in preparation for people coming to stay by the host company but was not. We have been in contact with the company for the entire time of our stay and still have no results on any sort of a resolution to the false clams and advertising.

Great place for a family vacation!

The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had a very good selection of utensils and dishes along with a great coffee machine. The decor is light and airy and kid friendly. Everyone loved the pool and the outdoor cabana area. There is an abundant supply of beach towels and bath towels. While we did not end up using the washer and dryer, it was nice to know we had the option. We had 7 adults, 3 school age children and an infant, and this house accommodated all of us very well.

Inside of house is well done, comfortable beds ands lots of room for adults and kids to sleep and hang out. Negatives; Neighborhood is questionable and safety and security is in listing as a priority. Our back door wouldn’t lock the entire stay. When the manager was notified, she couldn’t get someone to fix it so we stayed 4 nights with a completely unlocked back door. The pool was dirty and unkept, a pool guy came while we were there, removed the sweeper, left the water running and poles just laying around. He did zero cleaning on the pool. The hot tub had no filter and was unusable. There are no working child locks on back doors, or door alerts, so no safety precautions for children regarding the pool. This is a cheap fix, that is of most importance. Overall, the inside was lovely and very comfy but the safety of the property needs some attention, along with new maintenance on the pool and hot tub.

Not what I expect

My first impression was the outdoor pool since I was planning a pool day the pool was very dirty and that was not what I expected in the photos looks very beautiful clean outdoor area. Rooms were clean and kitchen, but there was still trash in the garage from previous guest.
