No elevator ride to reach the river, no upper-floor distance from the water: you're on it. 10 min to the Pearl, run to Superhost standard by the RAC Getaways team.

THE SPACE (sleeps 5)

A queen bed in the private bedroom plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room (air mattress and pack-n-play on request). Fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace, fast WiFi, and a smart TV with streaming. Bright and comfortable, with the river path right outside. Pet-friendly.

BUILDING AMENITIES

Zero-edge pool over the river (9 AM to 11 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, closed Mondays), a 24/7 fitness center, and a fire-pit courtyard, all in a Class A elevator building with an on-site EV charger.

LOCATION

You're at Riverwalk level on the quiet Museum Reach stretch, 10 min to the Pearl's restaurants, market, and shops, with the Alamo, Southtown, and downtown dining an easy walk or ride away.

A NOTE ON RIVER-LEVEL LIVING

Being this close to the water is the whole appeal, and it means some ambient downtown sound: foot traffic on the path, weekend restaurant chatter, the occasional boat. Blackout shades and double-pane windows keep the unit private and quiet inside.

PARKING

One free garage space is included in our five-story garage at 925 Avenue B. Park in any open space not marked "Reserved." Grab your parking pass from inside the unit and display it on your dashboard; vehicles without a visible pass are towed at the owner's expense. Want a guaranteed reserved space? $35/night, first floor, close to the pedestrian gate. Any additional vehicle needs its own reserved space at $35/night. Just message us.

GETTING IN

Self check-in by lockbox. We send your lockbox code 10 minutes before your 4:00 PM check-in (earlier if you purchase early check-in); inside are the fobs for the building and your unit. Message us anytime through Airbnb and we typically reply within the hour.

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself, plus full access to the building amenities: a zero-edge pool overlooking the Riverwalk (9 AM to 11 PM, Tue-Sun, closed Mondays), a 24/7 gym, community fire pits and outdoor kitchen, a pool table, and free garage parking at 925 Avenue B.

We're hands-off but always reachable. Message us anytime through Airbnb, the RAC Getaways team monitors messages 8 AM to 10 PM CT and responds fast. Self check-in by lockbox, so you come and go on your own schedule.

A NOTE ON GROUND-FLOOR LIVING:

This unit is at Riverwalk level, the trade-off for being closer to the river than any upper-floor unit. You'll hear downtown's ambient hum: foot traffic on the Riverwalk path, restaurant chatter Fri/Sat, the occasional boat horn.

It's downtown energy, not chaos. Blinds and double-pane windows handle privacy and most noise.
