The worst experience I've ever had!

Not only was there blood on the mattress but the television did not work. The location was horrible and the room was in gross and disgusting condition. It was so bad that I left and found a different hotel to stay.

We do apologize for the inconvenience you found in one of our 119 room property. I assure you if you brought this to the front desk or managers attention they would have switched your room. I did notice in one of your pictures you stated the tv didn't work and in that picture you posted it did show the tv on. As for all the other issues I assure you this will be addressed as quickly as possible. Thank you

Les - : Updating very old furniture and TV like early 70' motif. Better cleaning practices
Situation : AT&T Center, close to downtown. Easy access to interstate highway
Had to demand a different room manager wanted to send plumber and I had just checked in 15 minutes ago the second floor balcony was not steady I could feel it shaking under my feet seem like a safety issue

Instalaciones aceptables, solo que durante mi estancia nunca acudieron a hacer la limpieza al cuarto

We have been in the middle of some changes at the hotel and have made the new management aware of the issues you have reported and will address this matter quickly. hotel con lo necesario si solo llegas a dormir

Les + : la cercania con el freeway y que te podias desplazar a cualquier lugar rapido
Les - : la limpieza del hotel en si, las habitaciones son viejas, pero descansamos muy bien
Situation : seaworld, six flag y san antonio
El hotel esta muy cerca de todo, y sirvio para el proposito que fue el de ir a san antonio y a los parques, llegamos solo a dormir y no hacer nada mas. requiere que haya una limpieza mayor ya que hay un poco de suciedad afuera de los cuartos, pero en general por precio y la ubicacion estuvo bien, no puedo decir que fue excelente pero si iria de nuevo

Stay away from knights inn!

Clerk at front desk was good help. But room was just no good. Top sliding lock on door was broken, and bottom deadbolt wouldnt lock unless i pushed the door in with my foot! T.v only had one channel which is ridiculous! And worse of all, the room had roaches! It was so disgusting!. Idk how they can rent out rooms like that. It was just as bad as the other knights inn location o stayed in.. I actually had more faith in this one because of the pictures i saw. But those pictures should be re taken. It looks nothing like those pics!! I will never trust another knights inn again!!

WORST HOTEL EVER

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. There were people outside doing drug deals all night, my bed had hair all over it, my sheets and towels were filthy. There was a piece of hard bread stuck to my blanket, my TV didn't do anything but stay on the grey screen. My phone was in 3 pieces and this was all AFTER I asked to move to a other room because my first room had roaches!!! No surprise the second was no better. My friend cut her leg on a piece of metal sticking out of the bed and when I told the front desk all of this upon checkout, all she said was okay and she can't give me my money back. DO NOT I repeat... DO NOT stay here. Even if you are on a budget you'll have better luck sleeping outside!
