Les + : La atención en recepción fue amable. Solo eso.
Les - : En todo pueden mejorar. Limpieza sobre todo.
Situation : Pues es San Antonio... hay muchas atracciones relativamente cerca.
Para como está, deberían cobrar US$15. Utilízalo solo en caso de urgencia. El dizque desayuno es solo pan tostado / muffin con café. No servía el control remoto, a la alfombra le urge una buena tallada, pasillos con piedras y vidrios, en el microondas había un plato con comida... en fin... Nada recomendable.

The door to the adjacent room would not shut or lock. The room had roaches. I got my money back and left.

Disgusting would never stay again

As soon as we open the door there were cockraoches on the desk. The comforter was stained. The lamp shades were melted and the lamps did not work. The bathroom light fixture was filled with dead bugs.the bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain. The volume button on the TV actually turned the channels but did not turn up the volume. The was an old leak in the ceiling that had mold growing the wall was bubbled from the leak. The carpet looked as if it wasn't vacuumed in months it was so dirty I would step on it with out shoes. The second floor landing was plywood. This place was horrible.

This hotel is very outdated. Peeling paint, old carpet, thankfully we brought our own towels and the ones in our room were gross. One of the beds in the room was essentially broken and nothing they could do for it. Walls paper thin. Pool was great and staff very nice.

Old run down hotel way over priced.

This hotel is old and outdated. It's not in a very good or safe looking area. The rates for what you get are ridiculously overpriced. This hotel should be about $50-$70 a night, not the $180 or so that I paid through Expedia for two nights with no option for canceling or getting a refund. even the TV was the old style big box TV from years ago, not a flat screen. Honestly the worst $370 I've ever spent in my whole life. Was having trouble booking my original hotel online so had to call Expedia and discovered that my hotel was full so Expedia clerk set me up with this hotel telling me it was really nice and had 4 star reviews. Will never book a hotel through Expedia via phone call again. Also pictures posted online of the hotel room for knights in were not accurate. Online pics showed a nice bathroom with oversized tile/stone walk in type shower. Room actually had old bath tub type shower with shower curtain. Very sorely disappointed for the money I spent.

The hotel looked nothing like it did in photos on web site. The room was very old looking and needs to be updated.

Bad Maintenance. Tons of potential

Place is well located, good size pool. Maintenance does have a lot to be desired. Carpet is dirty as it can be. I rather recommend they tile the rooms if the intent is to let the carpet die of natural causes.

Too many issues

Worse experience. Refrigerator and microwave was bad.. smelled like urine.. TV and phone not working.. ac makes loud noise..
