Phenomenal location, walkable to the Riverwalk and shops!Issues….We didn’t receive any instructions after completing the extensive background information until the evening of our arrival. I don’t receive the amenity access email until our last day and after multiple requests.Upon arriving, the videos of accessing the property were great, but the garage gate wouldn’t open. Come to find out, the battery was dead and we had to be constantly buzzed in. Once you arrive on the 4th floor, there are NO identifying signs for how to find the unit, the only sign goes up to 1432 and we’re in 1471. I’m a disabled veteran who has issues walking very far so at 1AM we’re trying to find our unit and management isn’t answering the phone. The unit had freshly made beds, but the unit had not been cleaned (kitchen and bathrooms were gross with prior tenants hair). I immediately contacted the management company who assured me the manager of the cleaning company would be out between 10-11 the next morning to document and address with the staff.The cleaning manager never showed, called, no response from management etc. The rooms let in a TON of light, if you like sleeping with the tv or light in the room it’s fine, but I like it dark when I sleep. All there was were blinds that let the street lights and sunlight come right in. I had to go buy curtains and rig them to darken the bedrooms.If you like it quiet, good luck…. The trains run and blow the horn at 4am, 5am, 5:15am and 5:30am.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo! The place was immaculate, inviting, and situated in a safe and convenient location for exploring San Antonio. We were in town to celebrate our son’s graduation at Lackland Air Force Base, and this location proved to be ideal. The neighborhood was remarkably safe and clean to walk around. The apartment was equipped with all the essentials to make us feel right at home. The pool area was pleasant, and the game room was a delightful addition. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, ensuring a hassle-free experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in San Antonio!

Excellent space!
The stay was good! The apt was very spacious! I do suggest the living room rug gets a good cleaning! It was displeasing to sit on because of stains. And new blankets for the bed. One black blanket was rough and had a bleach stain.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was in a great location. Walking distance from the Riverwalk and short drive to other stores. If I had any questions or concerns, I received a timely response. The apartment had everything I needed. I will definitely stay there again.

The room itself was nice and the furniture was comfortable. It took us about an hour and a half to get checked in because the fob to open the initial door was not where it belonged (x2). Then when we finally got the fob there was no parking pass to allow us to drive to the fourth floor ramp closest to our room. I thought my 80 year old husband was going to have a heart attack maneuvering the 4 flights of stairs. I have exhaustive email traffic trying to obtain the parking access. This is NOT okay.

Our stay at this luxurious two-bedroom condo was truly exceptional! The brand-new building and stylish interior created the perfect ambiance for a comfortable experience. Everything in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged—neat, minimal, and just right.Entertainment options were excellent, with live TV, Hulu, Disney, and Prime Video all available in high definition. Accessing both the building and the apartment was straightforward, thanks to clear instructions. The management team was professional and responsive throughout our stay.What we appreciated most was the fantastic location. A short 10-minute walk brought us to the Tower and practicaly right onto the River Walk. The high quality of this accommodation enhanced the overall mood of our San Antonio trip.

We were in San Antonio for 4 nights and had a pleasant stay at this condo. It was a bit of a process to get the garage/doorway fob and find the actual unit, but we figured it out eventually. The condo was clean and as described on VRBO. Would stay here again.
