- Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed with a $150 per-stay pet fee. The fenced backyard is perfect for pups to play.

Getting Around:

Free parking is available both in the driveway and on the street. For convenience and flexibility, we recommend renting a car or using Uber/Lyft for exploring San Antonio. Most major attractions are within a 10–15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

As the back bedroom gets a bit hot in the summers, we provide extra fans in the home to help cool it down!



Self-Check-In: You'll receive a custom code for the front door keypad for seamless entry.



Pool Heating: Optional pool heat is available for $40/day—message us before check-in if you’d like it turned on.



Garage Note: Please note the garage is not air-conditioned, but fans are provided to keep it cool while using the game room.



Historic Character: Due to the home’s preserved architecture, a few windows are non-functional. Only open the windows labeled as operable.



Optional Property Damage Waiver: For added peace of mind, guests may purchase a $69 damage waiver covering up to $1,000 in qualifying accidental damage, including spills, stains, and accidental breakages. The waiver is optional and does not cover intentional damage, theft, house-rule violations, or damage exceeding $1,000. Message us after booking if you'd like to add it!
