Monthly rentals only, 30-day minimum stay. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM, keypad entry. Maximum occupancy 6 guests; only registered guests stay overnight. Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking inside. No parties or events. Parking in the 2-car garage and driveway. Please report any maintenance issue promptly.

Pet policy: Dogs only — no cats. Maximum 2 dogs, up to 50 lbs each unless approved in advance. One-time pet fee: $150 for 1 dog, $250 for 2 dogs. Dogs must be declared before booking. Assistance animals are always welcome with no fee.

Additional house rules: Parking: The garage fits 2 mid-size vehicles, and 1 large vehicle can park in the driveway parallel to the garage. Additional large vehicles can be parked on the street nearby, about a minute's walk from the property. No RVs or trailers. Internet/WiFi is included. Utilities (electric, water, gas) are separate from internet and are included up to $250 per month; usage above that amount is billed back at cost. An unauthorized pet incurs a $250 penalty plus the standard pet fee. The owner or agent may enter the home with 24 hours' notice for maintenance or inspection. Trash and recycling pickup is on Thursday — please put bins out Wednesday evening and bring them back in Thursday evening.
