We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable, so here are a few things to keep in mind:

Pet-Friendly Home: Dogs and cats are part of our family and occasionally live on the property (not while you’re visiting though!). Although the house will be cleaned before your arrival, lingering pet smells might be present.

No Parties, No Smoking: Please refrain from hosting parties and smoking within the property. Evidence of such activities will result in additional charges. Attempting to mask smoking with cologne won't go unnoticed.

Security Cameras: For security reasons, we have four cameras around the house. While their primary purpose is safety, they also help us ensure the number of guests aligns with our policies.

Respectful Living: We reside in a family-oriented neighborhood, and we kindly ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

Guest Gatherings: We welcome low-key get-togethers and dinners. If you plan to have visitors over, please inform us in advance so we can ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Lived-In Feel: Our home is not a minimalist space. It's where we live, and you may find personal touches, pet-related items, and a lived-in atmosphere. If you prefer a pristine, clutter-free environment, our house may not be the right fit for you.

As you prepare to check out, we'd like to share our simple and considerate check-out process with you:

➣ Feel free to strip the sheets and pillowcases and toss them in the washer. If you can start a load, that would be fantastic! No need to wait for it to finish.
➣ If you have the chance, throw any used towels in the washer as well. If there's no room, place them beside the washer.
➣ Kindly ensure all dishes are washed or popped into the dishwasher. You're welcome to start it, but no worries if there's nothing to wash.

➽ Required:
➣ Before bidding farewell, please switch off all lights and TV.
➣ A gentle reminder to clean up after your adorable pets. Leaving the yard poop-free ensures a happy environment for everyone. If our cleaners have to handle it, there's a small extra fee of $30.
➣ Double-check that you've gathered all your personal items. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for any misplaced belongings or arrange for shipping.
➣ Dispose of all trash in the designated bins.
➣ Make sure to close and lock all windows and doors securely.
➣ Before you leave, be sure every door is locked.
