« Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou »

« We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time. »

« Lovely holiday home in a tranquil setting, away from the crowds. We always felt happy to return here after a day out. The animals added extra interest and Claire was very responsive to our requests. Our favourite trip was Buddleigh Salterton, for swimming and shopping, only 25 mins away. The tramilne from Colyton to Seaton was also excellent, with a wonderful wetlands stop en route. »

« Very peaceful, quiet setting, just what we wanted. The cottage was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Both bedrooms were lovely. The owners responded to emails quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here. »

« We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. Jane was very responsive if we had any queries and we were even able to check out late since no one else was coming that day. Would highly recommend for group...

« Lovely property. Overall good stay. However few points that could be improved upon, mainly from communication point of view. As we were travelling from the other side of the country we had requested if any non-dairy milk was available for use on the day we arrived and although the host said that would be fine, no milk available on arrival. « We found the farm easily but then slightly to work out how to check in as our phone reception was non-existent so we couldn't access our confirmation for instructions. Thankfully our host, Judith, saw us and came out to help! « Our stay was flawless, conveniently located in the heart of the countryside. The facilities were great and the listing doesn’t do it justice, all of us who stayed had nothing but positive things to say about the accommodation which was thoughtfully decorated throughout. « Perfect place to stay for a young family and dog! Great size rooms, safe and secure garden, and everything you could need for a short break. Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. The owners of the property were very helpful and considerate and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back! »

« We spent 4 nights at this comfortable flat which was conveniently located to the waterfront and many attractions in Sidmouth. The provided parking space was a huge bonus to permit day trips in the area. Great communication with Tracey and easy check in/out. »

« Our visit to this VRBO was like stepping back in time. It was located in the English countryside on a beautifully maintained farm dating back to the 1500's. Everywhere you looked, gave you a sense of peace. The landscape, grand arboretum, the flowers, the occasional sounds of sheep off in the distance was glorious. Our accommodations were in a converted onetime stable, the interior beautifully crafted, with all the amenities one would need. The proprietors were gracious, kind and accommodating....

« We had a fabulous few days staying at the lodge. It was perfect for our needs with an excellent kitchen. The hosts, Isobel and William were incredible and very accommodating of our children who wanted to run around a lot in the gardens and in the river too as well as any anything we needed during our stay too.
