« That place is horrible the day i came there the maid told me the door has no key and she said if I'm going somewhere just leave the door unlock and bring my important stuff like really? The place is so dirty smells horrible the ac was dripping water inside there's water all over on the floor bathroom is nasty the firts night stayed there is horrible and i feel unsafe. So ended of staying into a different place. What a waste of money..their advertisement is not true that place is horrible. »

« The property itself is good for a family wanting to stay in nature, it is very near the beach. Charles the groundkeeper was very nice and can take you on short trips for a small fee. Having very close access to the beach was a huge plus for us, especially when the tide was out and the kids were able to explore the rocks. « Nice place to stay, Clean, great staff and room. Quiet area with very limited access to anything outside the resort. Restaurant needs to offer more variety and improve on the food quality of what they do serve. »

« The resort is well located fronting the sea with a very nice view and nice snorkeling. The swimming-pool is nice. It could be very good, but it seems it’s going down with poor management and lack of maintenance. We had to change of room because the CR was clogged. Some part of the staff seems sleepy while other seems more active. There is a real lack of ambiance in the little resto, no music, no decoration…sometimes you feel in a ghost resort. The staff gives no advices about the tourist spots....

« I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control. However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars. If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back. »

« We love the place so much, super clean, well maintained, very nice pebble flooring outside which is very important in a wet weather as it doesn’t get slippery, amazing owners and staff, great foods, great ocean front and there’s diving and snorkeling spot just below the resort. I was amazed, the property was even better in person. We will definitely come back and will recommend people ❤️😇🙏 »

« Need some relaxation? This is the place. Nice comfortable rooms, very friendly helpful staff, and an excellent restaurant. The pool and beach settings were beautiful. Other services are available like spa and tours. The front desk folks are eager to help. Loved this place! »

« Personnel fort sympathique, chambres basiques mais largement suffisant, activités a proximité et possibilité de réserver de nombreuses activités depuis l'hôtel. A première vue l'hôtel ne paye pas de mine, mais au final très satisfait du séjour. »

« L’établissement est un peu excentre d’Oslob. Il faut un tuk tuk pour se déplacer. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais d’un bon confort. Bon wifi. On déplore un service de restauration inexistant ou presque. Que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner ne vous attendez pas a quelque chose de bon. Dommage ! »

« Le jour de notre arrivée, ils faisaient une réfection de la piscine, donc pas de piscine. Dommage. Il n’y a pas grand chose dans les environs. À part Oslob pour lequel il faut louer un scooter ou appeler un tricycle. Dans notre chambre, la pression de l’eau était très faible, autant pour se doucher qu’au niveau de lavabo. À part ça, le personnel est au top niveau, ils sont tous très agréables et surtout aux petits soins. Ils sont de bon conseil et très serviables. La qualité du personnel nous...
