THE LOCATION

The central location of Casa Preula ensures maximum convenience during your stay, with the beaches and many useful services just a short distance away, easily reachable on foot.

Additionally, the house is close to the main commercial services: grocery stores, bars, restaurants, tobacco shops, and ice cream parlors. Using a car is not essential to experience and explore Torre Pali. This is a great advantage, especially during the high season when the area can be more crowded.

The beaches of Torre Pali are truly a paradise, just a few kilometers away from the famous Maldives of Salento. This location offers a perfect balance between equipped beaches and free beaches, making it ideal for all types of travelers.

THE HOUSE

Casa Preula is located on the ground floor, covering an area of about 75 square meters, and offers spacious areas ideal for accommodating up to 5 people. The interiors consist of:

- A bright living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (ideal for one adult or two children, available upon request) and a dining table;
- A small kitchen, well-equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils for cooking;
- Two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds;
- A full bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Outside, Casa Preula features a convenient covered veranda, equipped with a table, umbrella, and a small barbecue area—the perfect spot to dine outdoors and enjoy the cool evening air.

Additionally, the property includes a small area with a sink, washing machine, and cleaning tools, adding practicality and comfort to your stay.

Finally, Casa Preula offers a practical outdoor shower (cold water) to refresh yourself after a day at the beach, as well as a private parking spot, very useful for those arriving by car, ensuring maximum comfort even on the busiest days.
