The house accommodates up to 4 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, outdoor shower, electric oven, dishwasher, satellite decoder, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board.
There is a private parking with no additional cost only 50 meters away from the house.

The
holiday home Un sogno sul mare has a beautiful panoramic balcony
overlooking the beach, furnished with table and chairs ideal for an al
fresco dinner.
The apartment is on
the first floor and reachable from a spiral staircase. It consists of a
living room with open kitchen, dining area, access to the balcony; 1
double bedroom with access to the balcony with view on the sea, 1 twin
bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The air conditioning is in the corridor of the sleeping area.

Un sogno sul mare is a beautiful holiday home in an exclusive position, with balcony on the beach of Torre Pali,
one of the most characteristic seaside locations on the Ionian coast,
with its watchtower in the sea dating back to the sixteenth hundred.
The
apartment is in the city centre and it`s within walking distance from
the beach and the main town services of this tourist seaside location.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
