The apartment features a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker, 4-burner cooktop, and oven, as well as an intercom. In the laundry area, there is a washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. The living room includes an electronic lock, sofa bed, 55" TV, high-speed internet (300 MB), and blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a hair dryer and hot water shower. The bedroom includes air conditioning, hangers, a single bed, and blackout curtains.

During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and therefore not available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

For leisure moments, our condominium offers a modern gym, a refreshing communal pool, a sauna, and a laundry room. In addition, for those who need to stay productive during their stay, we provide a coworking space. Please note that some of these amenities require advance booking and their use is subject to an additional condominium fee.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days for maintenance by the condominium management.
