2 bedroom luxury unit at Grande Villas. Steps down from your balcony, you & your guests will enjoy the oceanfront Grande Pool & Pavilion with children’s pool. Don’t miss a beat in your fitness routine in the fitness center overlooking the ocean; featuring state-of-the-art equipment, sauna & showers. Guests will enjoy the Games Lounge with billiards, foosball, video games & large flat screen TV. Osprey Club Lounge with oceanfront terrace & fireplace as well as a fire pit.

This unit is located between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle at one of the islands newest luxury properties in Indian Beach.
Down the hallway from the elevator, allowing you easy access to the unit, you will find a well appointed 1400 square foot luxury ocean front villa with an expansive walk-out balcony.
Back inside the unit, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, loads of storage and all the extras you could hope for such as a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, ETC. Around the corner from the kitchen you will also find a large capacity front loading washer and dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms. The grand master suite features a walk out to balcony, a heavenly king size bed and large en suite with whirlpool tub. The second bedroom features two queen beds. With a sliding lock-off door, this becomes a private room with en suite ... All beds come made with luxury linens and bathrooms have a starter set of towels for you and your guests.
There are multiple flat screen tvs in the space as well as wireless high speed internet access. No smoking. No pets. Must be 28 to book.

Family Week at the beach.

We have been coming to the Crystal Coast for well over a dozen years….this is one of our absolute favorite places we have rented. Simple l, close beach access, a pool, great parking spot and a beautiful condo. We will be back.

What a great unit and a great location. The size of this condo is much larger than the feel you get from the pictures. My family and I enjoyed everything this property had to offer. The unit has everything you need. The location on the 1st floor with the back of the unit walking directly out to the property was great. The pool and beach area were clean. We couldn't have asked for more and would not hesitate to stay in the unit again.

E1 at Grande Villas is a beautiful Unit. Well taken care of and updated. Super clean. The entire complex is beautiful. Really liked the designated parking spaces outside and in the garage.

This is a great place. The condo is nicely furnished and very well maintained. Great location right on the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with during booking and check in. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Relaxing vacation

The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The patio was spacious with a seating area and a table area. The view is beautiful just as depicted in the photos. Easy access to beach and pool. The pool was wonderful and even had a gazebo with tables in the shade. Everyone we met was very friendly. There is a fitness room and game room with free games. The owner was attentive when we had needs. The aquarium is a short drive away

We enjoyed a week long stay and the location and amenities and closeness to the beach could not have been better. The umbrellas and chairs at the beach were great as well, especially on a hot sunny beach day! Very clean and well stocked condo. We hope to return soon.

A beautiful property

We so enjoyed our time in this condo. The direct walkout to the grounds was a plus and only a few steps to the pool area and the beach. The condo was lovely…it was bright, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious balcony. We were extremely pleased with our accommodations and will definitely visit this property again.

A slice of the good life!

Lovely small condo

Overall we had a fantastic stay at this property. We have stayed at Grande Villas several times and because of the grounds, location and beach services it is our favorite on Emerald Isle. The only thing I would point out is the "entrance process". Your key cards are kept behind the front door entrance counter (so go to the front before parking in the underground garage). We arrived at roughly 6pm and so all doors were locked. There was a reluctant security guard at that counter location, but he was less than super helpful. There is a note in the condo about this - that person is evidently employed by one of the larger real estate companies on the island. Still it was odd. Great view, great beach and the condo was as represented once we got in. Thanks!

Wonderful stay!

This was our first time staying in this area of North Carolina and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. A prior reviewer had posted that his wife always finds problems with places they stay, and in my house, I'm that person; however, in this case, I was very pleased to find that the descriptions and information were 100% accurate for this lovely condo. It was clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed sitting outside. The property was well-maintained and so quiet and the other tenants were very friendly. While cooler temperatures kept us from enjoying the beach and pool as much as we would have liked, there were plenty of other activities in the area to entertain us. And we found tons of great restaurants to frequent as well. We look forward to returning and booking the condo again in the future.

Fantastic!

This place has everything you could want — game room/weight room, pool, outdoor communal fire pit, quick and easy access to the beach, good parking, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious private patio, beautiful and clean rooms. Communication with the renter was great — very friendly with clear and helpful instructions for checking in. And they were quick to respond to questions and issues. This was our first trip to the island and we're already planning our return (especially since we didn't make it out to Shackleford as we had planned). It took us some time to get acquainted with the grocery situation which was a bit of a drive but the landscape of the island is so nice we didn't mind. Unlike Topsail, Surf City, Wrightsville, Carolina, etc., on the Atlantic/Indian Beaches you see more trees than houses and you can almost always see water from the main road. Just lovely.

Great get away!

Not only was it a very easy rental but the condo was beautiful and the condo complex felt very safe and was very well-kept. We would recommend it to anybody. It was also very easy to communicate with the property manager. Just an overall great experience!

A great quiet getaway

The property was easy to find, the pictures match perfectly, the beds are comfortable, it is a little further then we thought from things but it actually made it nice and peaceful. We will be back! My wife who finds something wrong with everywhere we stay found nothing! I was a happy man. Lol.
