« The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. « Great location, first floor so not many stairs to climb. We had my mil who has a bad knee with us and it was perfect location for her. Very well kept condo. Very responsive when we had a question. The location of the actual condo is close to the pool and the beach access, you truly can’t get much closer than this location. It was perfect. Great little getaway. « We really enjoy staying at this condo complex. It's so convenient to the beach and other attractions on the isle. There was plenty of room for my parents, my husband and I, and our two kids (7 and 4). Make sure to bring your own shampoo, body soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The curtains in the master bedroom are shear and don't block much light. Other than that, a very comfortable stay. »

« It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. « This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever! »

« Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords. »
